A sign was posted saying if you are a size 10 or over, they could be bought online. I'm one of those people that needs to try on clothes before I buy them, so I was a little disappointed that I wasn't able to find my size in-store. I ended up wearing one of the pairs of earrings and a necklace I bought to my engagement photos this weekend and got tons of compliments! The photos don't do justice on how cute they are in-person.

On a tight budget, I skipped the big…read moredepartment stores and gave Men's Wearhouse another chance after they gave me a really bad experience over 10 years ago. The location was extremely busy for a Sunday (and crowded), but every sales associate took the crowd in stride, helping multiple customers at once with a level of ease that made the whole situation feel normal. Jordan helped me put together a solid ensemble for formal parties and business events. He nailed my jacket size on the first try and quickly grabbed a better size of slacks after the first pair didn't fit. The shirt he paired with the suit was perfect for the increasingly warmer weather here in Middle Tennessee, and I even found a nice tie. I will say I felt a little rushed trying everything on, but I attribute that to the store being barely big enough to accommodate the volume of customers, and I don't believe the staff is at fault in this case. Given the age of the retail area it's located in, I would definitely say this location is due for a remodel or, better yet, a relocation to a bigger space in the Murfreesboro area, perhaps The Avenue? It's especially noticeable since this is the only store in the county, with the next 2 nearest locations noticeably larger and a considerable drive away (about 40 minutes). Back to the topic at hand, though, I was thoroughly impressed by Jordan and will definitely be back to this location in the future.

Y'all need to work on professionalism. The first problem is y'all don't open or close based on…read morewhat's advertised on the website. The second problem is y'all need to learn that signs are a thing either make a sign with y'all's official times as far as opening, lunch breaks, closing, or if y'all are going to be temporally closed for the time being. Also if possible fix y'all's website because y'all must not understand how frustrating it is to book an appointment, get up to come to the mall, and y'all are just closed. We booked an appointment to get our ears pierced at 10:30am (since y'all suppose to open at 10am) and then y'all aren't there it's annoying. We gave the benefit of the doubt and tried to give y'all until 11am to open since other stores around y'all were and yet y'all still didn't. If it's due to short staff or what the case maybe then work on accommodating that, shift the hours, and make a sign informing people it's not hard at all.

They have a great selection of styles, sizes, and colors. Since this is one of their "factory" locations, everything is steeply discounted, typically between 30-70% off. There are 5 dressing rooms with plenty of room and great lighting. The only reason I take off a star is the service. On my most recent visit, I was not greeted by an employee the entire visit. Even when I walked past an employee with an armful of clothes, they did not offer to open a dressing room for me. When I went to check out, I had to stand around while the employees finished their conversation before they helped me out. Although the service is less than a typical J. crew experience, the deals make a visit here worth it!
