Ignore for there negligence. Haven't heard from owners. Never shopping there again lost 140 dollars because an employee was left alone on a shift without being properly told the refund policy. Blame as you may management the ball was dropped by you . You could never blame the young lady as you tried to on the phone with me . It is your responsibility to make sure each employee is trained properly before leaving them alone to give incorrect information to a customer and because of information customer buys more than they would have if knowing the true policy. No refund bad reviews until you honor what o was told your refund policy was. Will not shop there again. read more

This team has a great selection of pretty much everything. Their lingerie section was expanding in an awesome way by the time I moved out of Nashville. 10/10 will shop there again when I go back. Way better than Hustler Hollywood, where everything is overpriced as f**** and the employees only care about making a quick sale. 21 up video employees legitimately suggest you things according to your needs. I would give this store 0 stars if it were possible. The lady in the store was helpful, but I will not be returning to this store again. This is a clean store, but they have terrible customer service and policies. I went to this store last night to buy my girlfriend lingerie. I sent a picture of the item to my girlfriend after I bought it, and she knew it wouldn't fit. The very next day I took the item back up to the store, and attempted to return it. The item had not been worn, the tags were still in place, and there was no change in the item (it just sat in its bag). The lady refused to look at the item and said that they had no returns and no options such as store credit. This is a very poor policy that was not stated when I purchased the item. (There is a very small sign behind the counter that I did not see among all the other things, but it is common courtesy in most every store to explain policies as they are ringing you up.) I tried multiple times, in person and on the phone to resolve this, but they were very persistent. I couldn't even get a manager's name. In my opinion, it is worth it to just go to a corporate store simply because the policies of Victoria's Secret and others are up front and they show you that they value you as a customer by allowing returns to make sure that you come back. Even a store credit would have made a difference at this point, but they couldn't even do that. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

If I could I would rate 0. Purchased an item from the store in hopes of it being exactly what reviews shared about the product. I was excited to give it a try. When I returned home I found a completely different item than I expected. I returned same day to return the item only to be told that the item inside was the same. I proceeded to explain to the manager about the difference in the size and appearance only to receive a very inappropriate and frustrated response. I highly recommend before purchasing the item, unboxing to make sure it was true. Needless to say, I wasn't able to return the item or be refunded. I contacted the manufacturer and they too agreed that they do not create the item that was included. I contacted another adult store and they luckily had the same product in store and the same product I purchased was totally different. The manager at this location tried to convince me about measurements as if the product did not have it on their and shared additional information is provided on the website. Furthermore, this shop does not have respect for their customers and I plan to file a report to corporate office for this malice behavior. read more

The place is a rip off. No price tags on a lot of items and it's all over priced. You can find the same products online for half the price. Def would not recommend this place to any of my friends. I'm getting boudoir photos taken for my husband and stopped by here looking for lingerie. Oh my! So many pretty things! I couldn't decide what to get and ended up with four different outfits for the photos. Great selection of different styles that didn't hurt my wallet too much.
