In addition to the digital images for my boudoir shots, Yuliya recommended I get an album. She mentioned the print versions would really make a difference, and she was absolutely correct. The leather-bound album was very high quality and the shots really popped in print. Their booking system stated that appointments could be canceled or rescheduled before 10:00 AM on Friday, May 8, and I contacted them before that cutoff time. However, after reaching out within the stated window, I was told I would still lose part of my payment....(HUH?) What made the experience more frustrating was the inconsistency in the policies and communication. One policy referenced a $25 deposit, another text message mentioned $35, and the website wording never clearly stated that my FULL payment would be nonrefundable despite canceling within the stated timeframe. To make matters worse, nowhere during booking was it clearly disclosed that a "deposit" would automatically be kept if canceling. I paid $200 upfront for the entire service, not a separate $25 or $35 deposit, so the explanations afterward felt misleading and inconsistent. I understand businesses needing cancellation policies, but they should be clearly written, transparent, and consistent so customers fully understand what they are agreeing to before paying upfront. Unfortunately, after this experience, will never book here again 0/0 do not recommend.
