They have some already painted and ready to sell but the artists have a stand set up outside the shop and are painting while you watch. Sadly, if you have a custom request you'll have to wait- about a month. They can take orders and ship for free when complete or you can come pick them up if you're local. The painted Toms run from 100$-175$ from what I've seen depending on the complexity of the design. I always stop by to watch them paint when I'm at Disney Springs. The artists seem to really love what they do! I recently bought a pair of shoes painted from the movie Up! And I love them! They are a little stiff the first few times you wear them due to the paint but they do loosen up after a few wears. Love this place!

They have the store roped off since it's brand new to control crowd levels, so be prepared to wait during peak times to be allowed in. They only have one cash register open, so lines are common when checking out. The prices range depending on the figure you choose, but I paid $16.99 for mine. They do not honor any Disney discounts. They have a table right outside, so you can put your things down to open your new blind-box figures. They also have a display with different Disney-themed backgrounds to take photos of your new figures. You can recycle your box after you're done, right outside the store. This spot is a must-visit for any blind-box figure collector.
