Extremely friendly staff! The lady working today made my day with her positive attitude! :)

Staff is wonderful, prices not do much. Again, the staff is great , the store is clean, prices for me ( good lube ) out of control

As I passed this very large store for adults I decided to turn around and see what they had. Lots of clothing, fetish, men and women. Toys, toys, and yes more toys, massagers toys in every shape size style. Professional wear clothing shoes, outfits for dancers were also abundant over all it was a good experience. Lots to look at lots of knowledgeable staff I saw 3-4 employees helping customers navigate the clothes. Prices were very reasonable up north prices are typically 25-30 percent higher. I did not leave empty handed. I would recommend this store for couples, or singles. No pictures it felt a bit inappropriate read more

Worst store, they have the most rude and biased staff. Essentially especially the short dark girl with fake hair. She assumed I was gonna steal stuff and treated me pretty bad. read more

Back in the 90's I worked with Nancy, Carol, Shane and John when it was Premier Adult Factory Outlet. I visited this store in 2022 and it was really nice. Almost anything you could need to spice up your sex life is sold there. I even heard that Nancy was still there as Manager. Bummed I didn't get to see her. I still have my teal green premier Adult factory Outlet shirt form 30 years ago. Met Ron Jeremy and many other porn stars working there! Always been a high class place a must stop if your on OBT read more

This place DOES have a comprehensive selection of toys, etc...and the late hours are always a plus...however, one pays for the convenience. Walmart/Amazon sell the same stock for significant discounts of around 50-75%. One item for $50 here is $9.95 in store at Walmart. With the profit margins seemingly pretty good with adult gear it IS a bit annoying to be hawked on the entire time one is shopping here. Being under constant scrutiny makes one feel like a child in a candy store and doesn't allow for much discretion, especially when(and its good to make sure something is working before leaving the store as its not cheap here)some of the staff likes to make a big show of the items one is purchasing. I had the impression the girl that was helping me was attempting to embarrass me about my purchases. I am not ashamed of anything that I might purchase so it didn't matter to me but it may to some. I spent about $500 there and I am heading there shortly, so....it is what it is. read more

I wasn't allowed to bring my purse inside! It wasn't a "large purse" it was a super small bag that resembles a backpack but is about 10inches tall! The "girl" behind the counter was rude and the fat chic that is supposed security followed me around and was in my personal space after I put my purse in my car!! This place is unprofessional and needs to put a sign on the door before you go into the store, saying no purses allowed and needs to be taught proper customer service etiquette, desperately!!! Doesn't deserve one star and I will tell everyone I know to never go there!!! read more

The employees were extremely rude and would say things under their breath about customers. You get ID'd which is pretty normal for a store like this but they were extremely pushy with making you want to buy stuff, when their prices were extreme and their quality was cheap. Do not go here read more

They have just about everything you would need to attend a party, host a party, play with your partner or even solo.

When I pulled into the parking lot there were no cars there. At first I thought they must be closed. Bad sign. When I entered, the nice clerk said hello. And then a woman on the floor asked if she could help me find anything. I was there for something intimate and personal, and I wasn't about to ask her about it out loud. I said no thanks and quickly found the section I was looking for. She followed me, but I thought it was coincidence. As I looked at different brands of the thing I was shopping for, she kept walking down the next aisle peering at me through the wire racks of merchandise and walking past the end of the row I was on, repeatedly, staring at me. It was obvious she was thought I was shoplifting. Now, I'm a middle aged guy, dressed in slacks and a polo, driving a soccer dad car--I didn't look like I had just been released from the 33rd street jail or was a beach bum. I crossed my arms while I browsed so there was no way I could touch anything, but she continued. After less than five minutes of this I left and she snarled a sarcastic "Have a good day". As I got to my car, I realized there was a reason I was the only customer and that they had a help wanted sign posted. Don't go here unless you want to be treated like a criminal just because you dared to enter their store. read more

Rip off! Saw a tag for 21.99 for male undies and it rang up as 29.99 and immediately said to return them and get a refund and we were told that we were wrong and that we couldn't return underwear mind you we didn't even leave the store yet so clearly nobody wore them. Terrible business practive read more

The store is cleaned, organized, and had a huge selection. They also seem to cater to a variety of sexual orientations also, something some of the other Adult Entertainment stores in the area do not do. Went there to pick up gifts and they had everything we needed including gift bags etc. On top of that, I can't speak high enough about the staff. They were all incredibly knowledgeable/ super friendly making it a positive and stress free experience. read more

Came to the store and the second I walked in was asked for my id which was expected as there are multiple signs surrounding the building saying "must have id in hand". I handed her my id along with the people I was with. (mind you I'm 18 and the youngest out of my group) and the snotty women at the counter looked at me and said "just barely made it" and gave me a dirty look. I Immediately felt uncomfortable and She continued to gave us attitude and was very rude so we chose to bring our business elsewhere. We hadn't even barely made it in the door yet. Very sketchy place with very rude employees. If I could give them 0 stars I would. read more

I loveeee the staff. Super knowledgeable. Good variety too, fairvilla is bigger but doesn't have as much options as this store. Good prices. The only reason why I'm giving them 4-stars is because they never have the boxer brief harness in L/XL/2XL every time I go read more

The store itself is nice but the employees were rude to us. They told us not to record or take pictures of anything(which is ironic because there's pictures of the inside of this store on here) all because my friend pulled his phone out to message someone. A few minutes afterwards, I pulled out my phone to reply to an online friend of mine and about 20 or so seconds later, one of the employees said "they're taking pictures again, can we throw them out of the store" right in front of us, so me and my friends just up and left. Get new staff please, preferably people who aren't so angry and bitter all the time. I was here on December 21, 2021 at around 10:30 PM. read more

The store is always clean and the staff always seem friendly and helpful I always get to test the toys out before I buy them but the store seems to sell cheap overpriced products like I've gone through like 3 different vibrators that aren't cheap like I said each costing atleast 80-100 dollars and doesn't even last me a year and it's not like I'm some crazy addict that uses it everyday either one claimed to be waterproof and completely stopped working when water hit it ‍‍ read more

Great variety, The Dee was the staff member that gave the information of the products, she make me feel confortable so I bought few toys to entertain myself... was my first time there, definitely coming back on my next trip... read more

Went to this store with a friend and the lady named Jessica who I'm assuming is a manager, based off her shirt, was super helpful and very knowledgeable about all the product. She made it very comfortable, to where I didn't feel ashamed to ask questions. She's amazing! Will definitely be back to this location. read more

I forgot all about this place, until I drove by it the other day and it made me cringe. I'm shocked to see no complaints on the manager at this location. It's been a couple of months since I've been there. I've tried this store on three separate occasions, thinking she's probably just having a bad day. I was wrong. The manager has terrible customer service skills; she's a drug user or Ex-tweaker. You can be the judge. She needs to change her attitude & come off more friendly. The other employees are wonderful. They have a great selection. If it weren't for the mangers disposition & rudeness...I'd never have discovered Amazons cheaper/wide selections of adult toys. My wife & I will never return to this store bc we believe good management is everything! read more

Hi, the store says it closes at 1am, so I drove all the way to the store thinking I could buy my outfit like she said on the phone, so when I got there she was very rude about it and told me it was closed . read more

Since I'm such a huge fan of Fairvilla, I decided I would scope out it's competitor to see what the deal was. Plus, they have a catchy little jingle, so I figured what the heck? Located down in the other direction off of OBT - Premier Adult is definitely in a shady area of town. You can't miss it - the neon purple letters on the sign are hard to miss. Premier Adult is owned by Adam & Eve, a popular "adult toy" company that's been around for over 35 years. The store itself was nothing special. It's pretty cramped and in a very shady looking building. They offer your usual array of adult novelties (use your imagination on this one...) at the same prices as Fairvilla. They have a pretty big selection of adult movies and toys, as well as gag gifts and bachelor/bachelorette party decor. I think part of the fun of going to one of these shops is to laugh and mess around. The staff here is pretty standoffish, barely casting a glance your way when you walk in. Instead of laughing and joking around, my friends and I just ended up feeling uncomfortable and leaving pretty quickly. read more

I was impressed because they had reasonably priced toys. The staff was very nice and helpful, also attentive if we had questions. Good selection of stockings and lingerie too. read more

Marissa was AMAZING! Trust the fact you can call and/or go in shame free with questions you wouldn't ask your best friend. I was so instantly comfortable and she had the knowledge to guide me and my partner into exactly what we were aiming for. I will always and forever be a customer and student of this amazing business! Thank you all so much! read more

Good quantity of things. Super super expensive unless they have a sale though. So you have to pick and choose. The people that work there are super helpful and friendly! Don't be shy! read more

The staff is nice and the products are all kept up to date. You have to know that its off of OBT so while although the surroundings aren't exactly ritzy at least the actual store is kept up to nice standards. I'll let you in on a little secret.....most of the items that you buy at Fairvilla are 10% - 15% less expensive. So its great if you already know what you have in mind...don't look for such a wide array of selections and virtually no lingerie or costume choices. read more

I live not to far from premier (15 min drive) so i'm kinda used to the kinda shadyness of OBT. Premier has changed since the first time I went 2 years ago. They've re-arrainged things to be a bit more open. And there prices are much better than Fairvilla's. Fairvilla has a larger selection of stuff but much overpriced in my openion. read more

What a friendly kind upbeat staff. I was immediately greeted by a young lady welcoming me to the store. Everyone I encountered was so nice and helpful. The cashier too. What's a difference pleasant outgoing people make as employees! Keep up the great work and service. read more

I personally really love this store. I was there recently and really liked the staff and the huge selection in the store. I found the prices very reasonable. I also like the fact that you can get coupons and discounts through their website and social media sites which makes it that much more affordable. read more

I completely disagree with the other review. I prefer Premier Adult over Fairvilla. The manager, Cheryl is wonderful and can explain just about anything you want to know about any product in the store. They have a great variety of shoes, clothes and pajamas as well. I think Premier is an easier store to shop and the similar items can be found together. read more
