The store looked bare and empty. All of the clothes were from months back and not recent new clothes. When I asked the employees where all the clothes were they told me that there was tons of boxes in the back full of clothes but their manager only would bring a few out at a time. They also didn't even have any shoes out on the floor and when you asked about it the manager Mary would say "oh I keep them in the back" but my question is how do customers know what shoes you have if we can't see them.....? I went in a few days ago and I don't know what happened but wow the store has really turned around. It's stocked up, there's shoes out finally, and it just looks like an actual store lol. I don't know what happened and honestly thought it was under new management (which it clearly needs to be) until I saw the manager Mary come out from the back. As I was shopping I heard Mary say very loudly that one of her employees was "incompetent" at doing their job. I was truly shocked to hear this from a manager and makes me wonder what type of business is she running and what else she says about her employees behind their back.

So you can get nice things here, you just have to choose wisely. This location sells shoes, which is rare at Pacsun. They don't have a large selection, but they sometimes get some decent kicks in. Clearance stuff can be found for pretty cheap. Oh, and they carry pants in sizes for smaller dudes like myself, which is refreshing.

After taking a few moments to look at the wall, Monica ended up greeting me and was on her A-game from the get go. She listened to what I thought I needed, helped guide me to what was actually best for my feet, fitted me, and was incredibly considerate and helpful when picking out shoes for me to try. I think I probably tried on 10 pairs before landing on a pair and she was just as bright and personable for the last pair as she was the first. Give that girl a raise, I rarely write reviews but she was fantastic!

I answered it honestly because I assume that is what they're looking for. When I fill out a survey, I do not expect an employee or manager to text my personal phone immediately after. I offered to move them to their black dirty totes they use and was told no. I didn't appreciate being talked to like a child. I have sold for years and nice items for them to give me a $1 off and sell that day for much more. At booking in their new appointment style the employee stated it could be in any container. Took my items down the street to Once upon a child and was greeted friendly and even complimented on the bag/tote they were in and on the quality of my items being sold. I'll trade and spend my money with Once Upon a Child. Their store was full of customers and functioning properly unlike kid to kid which was empty.
