Our rescue is a senior chihuahua mix and her nails obviously had not been trimmed in a long time. One of the local pet rescues recommended Tails and Nails and they did a terrific job - they were able to safely remove more of the overgrown nail surface than we expected, which was great. She also received a bath to remove shedding hair and a conditioner to keep her comfortable during this dry weather. Our dog was happy and comfortable with all the staff and enjoyed exploring the fenced yard area after her grooming session. We were so pleased that we will be bringing in our senior Labrador for grooming as well. The prices are very reasonable and there's plenty of street parking right in front. Thanks, Tails and Nails!

We truly can't thank Taylor Vet ER and their entire team enough for everything they did for our boy…read moreBear during his last couple of days. From the moment we arrived, Faith, a team member, met us with so much genuine kindness and compassion. She took such good care of our boy, but she also took care of us. Every time she was on shift, she took the time to explain what was happening, answer our questions, check in on Bear, and genuinely listen to our concerns. You could tell this wasn't just a job to her she truly cared about him and about what we were going through. In some of the hardest moments we've experienced, having someone like Faith there meant more than I can put into words. I also want to give a special thank you to Stephanie, another team member who took time out of her day simply to sit and talk with us. And I absolutely do not want to leave out all of the other incredible team member and doctors who were part of Bear's care. We may not remember every name, but we remember the kindness. Every person who came into his room, checked on him, cared for him, answered another one of our questions, helped keep him comfortable, or simply showed us patience and compassion made a difference. We saw how many people were working behind the scenes for our boy, and none of that went unnoticed. To every doctor who cared for Bear, thank you for being honest with us while still being compassionate.Thank you for treating him with dignity, gentleness, and love. Thank you for answering our questions, being patient with us, and giving us the time and space we needed to make the hardest decision we have ever had to make for our boy. Saying goodbye to Bear was absolutely heartbreaking, but knowing that he was surrounded by people who genuinely cared for him brought us comfort during an unbearable moment. We know he is no longer in pain, and we are so grateful that his final days were spent being cared for with so much compassion. We will forever be grateful for the kindness you showed Bear and our family. He was so deeply loved, and it means everything to us that he was treated that way until the very end. Thank you for taking care of our boy.

Following a minor miscommunication regarding pricing from other staff members, an older employee became confrontational and began calling my husband names being racist to him!!. She even went as far as making inappropriate comments about our family and children. Regardless of any misunderstanding, there is never an excuse for staff to speak to clients in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Instead of addressing the situation professionally and taking accountability for the confusion, the behavior we experienced was unacceptable. We entrusted this facility with the care of our pet and expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others who expect professionalism, respectful communication, and accountability from veterinary staff.

My husband took her there on Sept 24 for the procedure. A few days after the procedure, my husband noticed large sores on either side of our dog's rib cage. After a few more days, the blistered areas burst, leaving large lesions on her as a result of severe thermal burns. She was in a lot of pain to even touch anywhere near those areas. When he brought her back there, he was told that their "heating blanket" must have burned her during the procedure. In my opinion, a heating blanket shouldn't even be able to reach a temperature to cause deep burns. It has been 5 weeks and she still has large scabs that are still healing. I would not recommend this vet office to anyone!
