Called this morning to schedule an appointment and Dr. was booked but still made time for my baby the same day. My doggy was licking her paw and crying the night before. She had difficulty walking on it. I was concerned of infection and wanted to have her seen as soon as possible. As soon as I arrived, I called to inform front desk I was there. She provided me with a time frame before they could see my doggy because Dr. was finishing up surgery. About 5 minutes later my doggy was seen. Roughly 10 minutes later, Dr. came out and thoroughly explained next steps. My big fur baby (Rotty) loves her. Dr. is very patient and answered all of the questions I had. Also suggested I bring my baby in monthly to weigh her to monitor her weight (she's a full figure kinda gal ) and she's a little overweight. The vet techs are great and very pleasant. I am very thankful to have a Dr. like Suzy to medically care for my baby. Thank you!

Our rescue is a senior chihuahua mix and her nails obviously had not been trimmed in a long time. One of the local pet rescues recommended Tails and Nails and they did a terrific job - they were able to safely remove more of the overgrown nail surface than we expected, which was great. She also received a bath to remove shedding hair and a conditioner to keep her comfortable during this dry weather. Our dog was happy and comfortable with all the staff and enjoyed exploring the fenced yard area after her grooming session. We were so pleased that we will be bringing in our senior Labrador for grooming as well. The prices are very reasonable and there's plenty of street parking right in front. Thanks, Tails and Nails!

Everyone to help were female and extremely compassionate and competent. The vet techs were friendly and knowledgeable and my cats have always been treated very well. They treated our Titi so well when he held to be held over the weekend, and allowed us calls and checkups to see how he was doing. They were all so sweet and let us know how much they loved him. I recently had to put a stray I had been caring for down and they were so kind and patient and even recognized my mom as Titis owner. It felt like they really cared. They explained everything and got him cleaned up so that he could have a dignified farewell. We got his clay paws and they gave us two cards for both my boyfriend and I (we didn't know they'd do this and it was such a thoughtful thing to do) with an ink print of his little snout on it along with some signatures. My only negative experiences have been with the purple haired girl there. She is usually sitting at the desk. The way she speaks to pet parents there is appalling. I've watched her flat out ignore customers if they are not standing exactly where she wants them in line, cut people off, and just be extremely rude as well as not relaying necessary information until prompted. I understand needing to be firm and calm in stressful situations, but the other workers there can do it without belittling and making just nasty and unnecessary comments. She was being so unpleasant to the people in the waiting room regardless of what they were there for. I couldn't believe her lack of decency and talent for escalating calm and respectful situations to anger and irritation.

Around 8pm on march 21st my cat started having trouble breathing and she started convulsing. She wasn't breathing until my brother would shake her to start breathing again. We rushed her to this emergency clinic but she sadly passed away in my brothers arms in the car just two minutes from the clinic. The team was fantastic. One of the members there who took my cat to the back let us stay there for as long as I needed and didn't judge me for crying loudly. My mother paid $600 in total for my beloved cat to be cremated and to have a clay print of her paws which in my opinion is a great price. About a week(ish) later we got to pick up her ashes and the clay print we were promised and I believe the team went above and beyond. I received a card with the team's signatures and a certificate of cremation.

My husband took her there on Sept 24 for the procedure. A few days after the procedure, my husband noticed large sores on either side of our dog's rib cage. After a few more days, the blistered areas burst, leaving large lesions on her as a result of severe thermal burns. She was in a lot of pain to even touch anywhere near those areas. When he brought her back there, he was told that their "heating blanket" must have burned her during the procedure. In my opinion, a heating blanket shouldn't even be able to reach a temperature to cause deep burns. It has been 5 weeks and she still has large scabs that are still healing. I would not recommend this vet office to anyone!

Hasn't even been a full month and he's already pretty much healed , nice straight stitching too . Stitching was removed about 10-12 days after and the scar is already kinda faded . When my wife saw Nala after the appointment, she was amazed. Nala looked and smelled fresh. For the second visit, our Frenchie, Reese, needed a good grooming session. Janese did an incredible job.
