I really wanted to like Solvay Bank, I really did…read more I had an auto loan via Solvay Bank, auto pay was turned on Solvay Banks side via Moneylink24(who I guess they contract with to do the online banking side?) Everything was working fine for months until it stopped the auto pay and locked me out of the online banking side because I hadn't logged into the account in a while. This ended up costing multiple late charges. For online banking, this is ridiculous. Just enforce 2factor/MFA and leave the accounts alone. Why in the world would they allow auto pay to shutoff? I somehow don't have these types of issues with either KeyBank or Chase.
