We had about 4 other landscape companies in the area come out first to give us an estimate on our project (Madrone, Pacific Outdoor, Purlieu, Atkinson) and a few of them actually wanted a pricey "design fee" before they would even give us a full/complete estimate. We already knew the basic idea of our design that we wanted, and so an extra design fee did not make any sense for our project. We ended up choosing True Landscape because their pricing was the most reasonable out of the group! Also, their representative George, seemed really committed to the project. He took measurements when he arrived, talked through a design plan, gave us a location to check out some of the landscape products to choose from, and even followed up the next day with some samples. George was also really easy to work with and scheduled/brought out the crew fairly quickly and the project only took about a week! In terms of the redesign, True Landscape installed new pavers, extended out our grass area, set up the drip water system, built a new planter box, and added large pavers and nice rocks around the sides. We are really happy with how it all turned out and our yard looks much more modern now : ). Within a couple of days he had our estimate to us. Once we had our HOA approval (thank you, Justin, for taking the time to call them and go over exactly how he would be doing the yard, drainage, etc) Justin and his project manager came to the house and they both went over everything that would be done. We got a start date scheduled and they were here bright and early on a Monday morning. They got the yard leveled, forms set & rebar installed. On Wednesday morning the concrete truck was here and the guys busted their backsides and got everything just right. On Friday the project manager and one of his guys put the stain on the border and the following week, after everything was dry, they sealed it. Concrete isn't cheap, and with Just-in-Time, you definitely get what you pay for!! They did a fantastic job and I am so happy with their work!

2 years ago I had R&E Concrete install pavers on my driveway. Initially was very pleased with…read moretheir work. Not long after I noticed the grout was coming out. Thinking it would harden with more time, I didn't contact the company. They only warrant their work for 1 year. I had not noticed their short warranty timeline. It was after a year I notified them about the grout. They came out and replaced the grout that had lifted. Grout was still soft as if too much water was used with the material. Last October I noticed quite a few pavers were loose. I notified them and they repaired that issue. Contacted a couple of weeks ago to let them know still having issues with grout. They offered to repair but at a cost of $3540.00!! Will be having someone else do repairs as I feel price is ridiculous since this should not have happened within 2 years and pretty much from the get go. They may be good on concrete jobs but definitely would not recommend on pavers. Had Chaparral lay 702 sq ft of pavers in backyard 7 years ago without any issues.

Carmen being busy as he is would often schedule our meetings on the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday.
