We signed up for the class using MINDBODY app and once we arrived it was very easy to check-in and pick a reformer. The class was amazing! Who knew I need to stretch that bad! The coach was very friendly and encouraging. At the end of the class we were able to lay, relax, and enjoy the amazing sound bath! I can't wait to return!

This location has a pool, hot tub and sauna. My interactions with the staff have been very friendly and useful. Often they have machines that need to be maintained/repaired. In general they keep it clean too. It's packed around 5pm-8pm. But pretty enjoyable weekend mornings (8am-10am).

Last month, I noticed a sign encouraging members to leave an online review. I hesitated because, while I genuinely want this gym and its staff to succeed, there are several areas that I believe need significant improvement. I decided to wait a month to see whether some of these issues would be addressed, but unfortunately, I have not noticed any meaningful improvements. There are three primary areas that need attention: personnel, equipment, and facility maintenance. Personnel: I come to the gym 3-5 times Monday through Friday, and it is very rare to receive a greeting or even an acknowledgement when entering or leaving. There have been many occasions when the front desk attendants don't look up when members walk in, and there are also times when the front desk is completely unattended. I also had a negative interaction with an older female trainer who was unnecessarily rude to me when I simply placed my bag down while looking for my keys. Customer service and professionalism should be consistent across the staff, and I believe additional training in this area would be beneficial. Equipment and cleanliness: The equipment could use some updating. While equipment does occasionally break down, I will say that repairs are generally completed within a reasonable timeframe, which I appreciate. However, the cleanliness and daily upkeep of the workout areas are inconsistent. Some days there is someone actively cleaning, while other days there doesn't appear to be anyone maintaining the area. Equipment wipes are also frequently unavailable, which is why I now bring my own. Facility/restrooms: This is, by far, the area that needs the most attention. The lockers are hit or miss, with some being functional and others either not working or having questionable repairs. More concerning is the lack of basic restroom supplies. There are rarely paper towels available in the dispenser for drying hands. This week, the situation was particularly disappointing when someone placed toilet seat liners on the counter for people to use as hand-drying material. That is not an acceptable substitute and is also unsanitary. The restroom counters are consistently dirty, and there is visible mold on a ceiling tile. The sauna floor was recently tiled, yet there is already dirt--or possibly mold--building up on the floor, which gives the impression that the area is not being cleaned properly. The shower area also has noticeable dirt and soap scum buildup. I am not writing this review simply to criticize. After 14 years as a member, I genuinely want this location and its personnel to succeed. However, these are recurring issues that directly affect the experience and confidence of members. I strongly encourage management to address these concerns, particularly staff training, restroom sanitation, supply availability, and consistent daily cleaning and maintenance. These are basic aspects of operating a gym and improving them would make a noticeable difference for the members who use this facility regularly. Please see the attached pictures. It was so easy to sign up online & the follow up instructions were very helpful. I arrived a few minutes early and Latonia was so welcoming, showed me around and helped me get comfortable. The class was challenging but doable for anyone who is new or unsure of their capacity. Looking forward to joining the unlimited plan soon.
