And once he had concerns and had some additional tests done that my primary doctors didn't even catch and we found out I had a pituitary tumor! He referred me to an endocrinologist and I was able to get treatment that otherwise would have been missed! I feel he has save my life! Rather than attempting to have a conversation about the treatment she is prescribing, she gives you "generalized" papers that appears as though they were just copied from a book. The patient is pressed quickly for payment and feels rushed out of the office. Voicemails (questions) and online questions go unanswered. It makes the patient feel unvalued and unimportant. I have never seen any office staff or other patients in the office while I am there. Seems very odd. She has had conversations with her vendors/computer providers with me in her office. She was very pushy to the point of being extremely rude, not to mention a waste of my time. While I value her expertise in her field, I cannot continue to go to her. She doesn't know how to run a medical practice, which is sad, given her obvious knowledge of her subject matter.

Since I try to get Botox on my lunch breaks, I appreciate the flexible availability that they offer. They also expedite the check in process by sending you your new client packet prior to your appointment. It is completed by patients digitally and loaded to their database prior to your appointment for a highly convenient check in process. I arrived about 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment for checkin. I was promptly greeted by a very lovely receptionist who confirmed my information. She was highly welcoming and guided me to have a seat and offered me complimentary beverages during my short wait. My appointment started promptly as scheduled. I was taken back to a very private room that resembled that of a doctor's office. The professional setting does offer a feeling of safety and competency knowing that they take care to place you in a sanitary and professional environment for your cosmetic procedures. Since I have never been here previously, the nurse practitioner diligently took the time to talk to me about my goals and advised me if what I wanted was possible. I tend to over-research online, and she was so patient with my million questions. I really appreciated that she did not try to oversell me on their products as well. I got the results I wanted with no bruising or negative side effects. I say "first visit" because they were so wonderful that I trusted them with my filler next. The nurse practitioner provided me with consultation on my filler goals during my botox visit. She diligently reviewed the various types of fillers and their purposes. They were offering discounts on multiple fillers so I was pleased with my followup purchase. I told her that my lips swell and bruise very badly after filler, and she gave me the EXCELLENT TIP of starting arnica prior to my filler appointment to help with those issues. I scheduled my filler appointment for 2 days later and did as suggested. I HAD NO BRUISING FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!! Hallelujah!!! Thank you do much for the arnica tip! She made me feel so safe during my botox appointment that I trusted her to inject a few more units into my lips than I usually do. She addressed my requests to create a cute pout, correct my asymmetry, and create subtlety fuller lips. I don't like to look like I get filler so she heard me out and delivered excellent results. I asked how long was this meeting? They said 1 1/2 hours. So if they start anytime soon we are looking at 11:30 or so. Which now runs into another appointment we have downtown Indy at 11:30. My whole point here is when she made the appointment they should've told her this prior so we can adjust the rest of our day accordingly. So far things are unorganzied. The front desk lady also is not customer friendly. Very rude. When you make your appointment plan on being here 3 to 4 hours. Again this should all be stated at the time she made the appointment!!!
