They are slowly growing their business, but currently offer a variety of treatments. I went in for the first time on a Saturday morning to try out the IR Sauna with salt therapy. Their entrance/lobby area is beautiful, comfortable, inviting and relaxing. I was greeted right away by the owner, checked in, and signed the waiver. While waiting, they offer coffee and cold beverages such as bottled water, Lacroix and San Pellegrino. I had time to chat with the owner about his business and how it got started. Ironically enough, the person in the IR Sauna when I arrived, was no other than our Community Manager Nikki! So we chatted while the room was switched over. Upon, entering the IR Sauna room located at the front of the business, I was instructed on different controls, lighting options, changing/dressing options, and music preference. The Sauna itself is an enclosed sauna within a small room. You have the room to yourself and the door locks. You are allowed to dress as you wish inside the sauna, and they provide you with a towel and a robe. There are 20min and 40min session options for the sauna. There is also light therapy offered for the sauna, with a sign on the wall describing the benefits of each color of light. Unlike a traditional steam sauna, you do not sweat as much and can last longer inside the IR Sauna. For my first time, I lasted 18 min before I needed to open the door and step out for some cooler air before returning for the last bit. Currently, single IR Sauna sessions are $25 for 20 min and $40 for 40 min. But they offer package deals for the IR Sauna: 10 sessions (20 or 40 min) is $150, 5 sessions is $100. Unlimited sessions are $100/month. And you can add on a salt boost (which has essential oils and a stronger salt content) for an extra $10. If you are unsure about this service, you can try out a 20min session for $1! The restroom is very spacious and clean, offers hair ties, gum, and mints.

I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you. I went to VIO Med Spa in Carmel for lip filler and ended up with a vascular occlusion. My lips…read moreturned purple and became extremely swollen. It was terrifying. If my sister hadn't noticed something was seriously wrong in a photo, I don't know how long it would have gone untreated -- and vascular occlusions can lead to tissue death if not handled immediately. What was most alarming was the response. There was no urgency. I was simply told to come in when they were open. There was no immediate emergency protocol communicated to me, which is standard practice when an occlusion is suspected. Instead of properly addressing what happened, I was told I could get lip threads to make my lips look more "crisp." Threads... in lips? I was shocked. At one point they even attempted to cut threads out of my lips. The entire experience was painful, confusing, and honestly traumatizing. The "solution" offered to me was a free syringe of filler and a facial. Why would I want more filler after what just happened? Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there. I later had microneedling done, and they went over active breakouts -- something that should never be done due to infection risk. I ended up with a severe infection that caused more acne and scarring than I ever had before. I am still on medication from the acne that developed after that infection and am spending even more money trying to repair the scarring it caused. The compensation? One free facial. There was little accountability and minimal apology. It felt like what happened to me was not taken seriously at all. Since then, I've heard similar concerns from others, which only validated my decision to never return. I am now paying thousands more to correct damage that never should have happened in the first place. Please do your research before trusting anyone with your face.
