An all around well structured set up to learn mixed martial arts but jiu jitsu is their main area of focus. The instructors there are helpful and knowledgeable and the black belt students will help you learn as well. It has a good environment of getting everyone to learn and progress in their skills. Students from this academy also compete at MMA competitions and jiu jitsu tournaments as well. They also do separate classes for white/blue belts versus the other higher ups so students that are just beginning can learn the basics without getting overwhelmed. Sensei George & his other instructors are fun, energetic and 100% engaged at all times. The children's program meets twice a week and my son wishes it was every night because he loves it so much.
