Very disappointing experience with the woman pharmacist with short hair on July 27…read more My dog had suddenly started having seizures, and my veterinarian gave me a hard-copy prescription for a controlled medication because they couldn't dispense it or call it in. As soon as I handed it to the pharmacist, her first response was, "It's Monday. I'm very busy." She seemed visibly annoyed that I had brought in a paper prescription. She then said, "I have prescriptions to fill and I'm giving vaccines, so it's going to be at least 24 hours." When I asked if there was any chance it could be filled sooner because it was an emergency, she showed absolutely no empathy. She also said, "I have to call your veterinarian because the name on the prescription doesn't match the doctor who signed it." I transferred the prescription to the CVS inside Target on Hesperian Boulevard. They simply said, "No problem," accepted the same veterinary prescription without questioning it, and had it filled in about 30 minutes. The delay wasn't the problem. It was the lack of compassion, the rude attitude, and the completely different experience I had at another pharmacy with the exact same prescription.

She kept putting it back in the bag with all the papers stapled. Not sure what's to difficult to understand--- just Remove my patient information and toss it in your HIPAA bin. Also, use the paper bag for someone else. What a waste because you can't take a second to think. She told me to remove it all myself. That's not the point. Shivani was extremely rude and came across as though she was unhappy to be there. Her attitude and demeanor made the interaction uncomfortable and left me feeling that my concerns and needs as a customer were not being treated with the respect and professionalism I would expect from a pharmacy employee. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but customers should still be treated courteously and professionally. I hope management will address this situation and ensure that customers receive the level of service they deserve.

I went to pick it up on Wednesday, only to be told it wasn't ready yet. When I explained that I had already called it in on Sunday, the employee initially said she didn't see anything in the system and told me to come back the next day. After I reminded her again that I had called in, she suddenly "found" it and told me to come back in 2 hours and that I would receive a text message when it was ready. I never received the text message they promised. I returned on Friday, and once again they couldn't locate my prescription. After more searching, they finally found it -- but they also tried to give me someone else's order at the same time. I had to explain that I only had one prescription and asked them to verify it using my phone number, not just my last name. The entire experience was very unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. On top of that, the drive-thru wait was over 20 minutes. For something as important as prescriptions, accuracy and communication should be a priority. This pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service and organization.

I have tried multiple moisturizers, but usually they leave a residue (Eucerin, Aquaphor is greasy) or aren't moisturizing enough. Chau's formula eczema is exactly what I've been looking for! It doesn't leave a residue and it moisturizes perfectly. Not to mention, the more I use it, the better my eczema gets. She also customizes the products to your needs, which is an amazing feature. September 2022 Update,…read more It was time for us to get the second booster which protected against more COVID variants and Walgreens made it easy for us to get our updated shot without the hassle. Just a little bit of precautionary paperwork was all. Had to present insurance card as well at the time. I found it kind of awkward the speaker announcements in the store. Apparently if a customer tries to buy a locked product in an isle, a loud speaker announcement plays saying what isle the customer needs help at. Had happened to hear "Assistance needed in the Shaving Needs isle" quite often. I do understand that theft is a problem but I would feel kind of awkward myself if I pushed the button to get a product sensitive in nature and the loud speaker blasted saying assistance needed in that isle. Locked up goods have become a regular thing around here and it can be frustrating for people to buy stuff they need.
