I went in recently to ask them where my bag was and of course they had no idea. Then, they called me last week to tell me my bag was there and I needed to come get it right away! I'm pretty sure they had lost it for a while and didn't want to say anything. I go to get my bad today and the repair is terrible! It looks like a 3rd grader did it - they spilled glue or something else all over my bag. They promised me a heavy duty nylon patch (my damage is in a high wear area) and they basically glued some faux leather piece on that is already falling off! And to top it all off, they had the nerve to charge me the full $90 dollars for the repair. What a rip off! Don't come here for repairs!

I just feel like... when I drop off to Gucci belts in extremely pristine condition I just want to receive them back in the exact same condition. I don't think that's too much to ask for. With all that being said, I would still definitely use their services in the future. I would just check the finished product a bit more thorough before leaving the establishment to make sure everything is perfect.

Because now you don't have to get me started! because I go to Munt Locker now! It's the easiest, smartest service concept I've seen in years. You drop off your clothes in an electronic locker and order services on the app, and in a couple of days you get a text telling you what locker your clean clothes will be in.... available 24/7! And the prices are competitive and the service is competent. My boyfriend is so pleased with how correctly his shirt plackets are consistently ironed. Honestly the only thing wrong is that the app keeps telling you to swipe a card in to enter the location when you don't have to and you have to do some random workaround to be able to do anything else on the app, but certainly that will be fixed any time now. I'm so happy about this business anyway! Hooray!

Fast forward to my 2nd time 2023. The stage is set, beach wedding ivory wedding gown. The bottom is dirty and I will be honest with you, we scouted out our wedding venue beforehand. I used my hands to climb down the cliffs to where we ended up taking our pictures, when trying to rub the dirt off my hands they were stained clay brown/red. Think Red Rock! When it came time to walk down the aisle my coordinator recommended I keep my dress bustled, um no thank you!! I wanted a train for a reason!! Which meant I knew I would need it cleaned. Returning to town I started looking in to who would be able to clean my $400 wedding dress. I didn't go all out on budget for this dress, there isn't lace or beads. I took it to a cleaners near Mint Locker(very close if you get my drift). They quoted me $150 after a phone call to their associate. I left with my dress. I decided on Mint Locker and wrote my notes in. I dropped my dress off with the easiest drop off steps ever and went on my way. I hadn't updated my payment info in years, they reached out after a day and let me know. Once I updated it, they told me my dress was ready and I picked it up!!! Here's the kicker folks, when I picked my dress up I was expecting to pay $135. That's what the website quotes, my receipt shows I paid $22 for a delicate dress!!!! As I mentioned and as you're able to see via my photos, my dress is GOREGOUS(yes, I'm patting my back on dress choice), but, it isn't couture. Thank you for not gouging me Mint Locker, thank you for cleaning my dress, it is perfect!! You guys rock and I promise to keep on using you.
