Price was incredibly reasonable but they pointed out that our roof (among many others on the street) had algae on it. House is 28 years old and never had the tiles cleaned. Gave us a quote for power washing the roof, cleaning/bird proofing the panels and cleaning out all the gutters for what seemed a ridiculously good price. Set up a day for Top G Solar to come over and we couldn't be more pleased. Roof looks completely changed and the solar panels are spotless. Couldn't have asked for a better job. As an unfortunate result, we ended up having bird poop all over our side yard sanctuary as well as the front porch. For years, we dealt with constantly cleaning up after them. We reached out to so many bird abatement companies but either they didn't support residential units or they didn't accommodate high roofs (3 stories in our case). Then most recently we needed the gutters cleaned. Thankfully Yelp and Joe to the rescue! A quick Yelp search showed Spray Jobz as just around the corner! Not only did Joe clean the gutters, but he also secured the solar panels so no more birds living in them. He also power washed all the literal crap they left behind. And all at affordable rates!!
