Fast forward a year and the pollen was really sticking to my panels. I had gotten up there with a water hose and started spraying and wasn't helping. I researched several places that mostly did window service then found A&E. They explained their business and how they handle cleaning solar panels only. I'd contacted Remart to come out and find the real issue, and they were friendly/timely, etc. I wish I had used them to actually fix the generator, but since the other company had my warranty, I was forced to use them instead. (I'd finally reached the other company and had to relay the diagnostic Remart Electric gave me, and they didn't even come out to verify that was the case, they just updated their ticket, but that's another issue.) I plan to use Remart in the future for my maintenance of my generac.
