Raul's communication was great from start to finish. He fit me into his schedule, showed up when promised, completed the job on time, and his workmanship was impeccable. It's clear he takes a lot of pride in doing things correctly and paying attention to the details. The quality of the work was excellent, and the pricing was a great value for the level of craftsmanship and service he provided. After dealing with the consequences of poorly done work, it was such a relief to find someone reliable who does quality work and follows through. I would absolutely hire Raul again for future projects and highly recommend R&R Home Improvements.

He asked me to send a video of the door so that he could assess the problem. He said it was just an adjustment and it would not take long. Based upon that, I told him I would be home on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and he could come at his convenience on any of those days. He was very agreeable and said that he would come and do the repair. He did not - no text, no call, no-show. I called him the following week and he said he could get to it on Thursday between 10 am and 12 PM. Once again, no text, no call, no-show. He wasted two weeks of my time. Now I'm starting over looking for someone to repair the door. I honestly don't know how these people stay in business. Don't waste your time.

Check the pics, but I learned the other day I do NOT possess the skills to seamlessly walk through screen doors. I'm doing so, I literally crushed a $320.00 screen door, unusually high to almost 7.5 feet. It wasn't pretty. A quick FB post in search of a place that could possibly repair this expensive door led me to call and speak with Sarah. The professional communication, 'can do' attitude was remarkable. I sent over my photos for an estimate and it was absolutely perfect. They communicated how to make it more durable for numbskulls like me by installing a crossbar to add rigidity. 24 hours later, I received a text for pickup. What I received back was an absolutely perfectly rebuilt door, squared and even the paint was touched up with new screen and as communicated, a reinforced middle bar. Literally could not be more pleased with their craftsmanship! I love to acknowledge outstanding Businesses and Green Valley Screens is by far, the best 'new' business I have the pleasure of recommending for our Community!!
