The owner of solar solutions came out to our house to measure for solar screens. He took the…read moremeasurement and said he would call me in a few days with the estimate. After several weeks not hearing from him I called him back and of course he had been busy and would email the estimate. I received the email as he promised. The estimate was such a mess I couldn't understand any of it. I call the owner back and he couldn't make it out either. He came back out and remeasured and after a couple of days I received an email with the estimate approx. $2100.00 dollars. We excepted the bid even though we were told he had plans to go hunting and it would be a few weeks. When he finally got around to installing the screens three of the most important ones were missing and all were the wrong color. We ordered bronze frames with bronze screens but we got bronze frames and tan screens. I ask him about the missing screens and he said you didn't order those. I ask about the color he said you said bronze at first but the you changed your mind and said tan. I went back and looked at my estimate and it said bronze frames but nothing about color. Well since I had no proof of what I ask for I ask if I took all the screens down and brought them to you what would you charge me to rescreen them in the correct color. His reply $1600.00. Moral of the story when someone doesn't call you back it's probably best not to call them. This is the most unorganized company I have done business with I believe in my entire life. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
