I will admit that he basically did what we told him to do, however, he neglected to do all the…read morefinishing work or really do anything with detail or precision. For example, I was very adamant that I wanted the new wall's texture to match and he said it wasn't an issue. He didn't spray the wall texture as asked. The floor on the shower he installed was not level or smooth and required a lot of work before we could tile it. Lastly, his team left SO much garbage all over the house. Half filled coffee cups mainly, some with tobacco. One of his workers pooped in the toilet and didn't flush! We were not living in the home at the time and came back to the house 2 months later to find no less than a dozen moldy, nasty coffee cups littering our home, garage and yard. Not to mention the toilet, which needed several flushes and an obscene amount of cleaner. We tried to reach out to him to have one last thing installed (which we thankfully did not pay for) and he just never showed up to do it, despite telling us several times that he would. I really wanted to like his work and his business. If he had shown the respect and care for the job we wanted, we would have given him a lot more work too, just overall disappointing

The Window Source recently replaced our back doors with sliding glass doors with built-in blinds…read more The company came to make an estimate in a timely fashion, and the options were impressive. The cost also fit nicely into our budget. The installers were experienced and polite, the process took about four hours. It did take a few weeks for the news doors to be made to our specifications, which is the only negative thing about the experience, but as happy as my husband and I are with the doors, the wait was worthwhile. I give The Window Source a 5 stars recommendation!

Caveat Emptor on 2 Added Fees to Quote!!!…read more After seeing their TV commercial, we called Window Source to bid on replacing windows. Their TV commercial says $6567 for ten (10) white, double hung windows, with NO mention of 2 added fees! They were 1 of 4 window bidders. Window Source sent us 2 quote options - both had a $150 old window disposal fee (even though we were taking care of that disposal) AND a "4% Convenience Fee" (we were to pay by check, not a credit card, so it's not a credit card fee). We then texted their estimator on the 2 fees- the estimator texted back, saying the owners explained to him that 4% fee was because they were a small business! Note: none of the other 3 bidders added on a disposal fee or a "Convenience Fee". We then directly called Window Source on the fees - the answers were vague. Bad way to do business! We've selected Window Tamers for the work (we'll review them about the work after it is completed).
