The couple that run the place are extremely nice. The paint job on my toes looked great, but they…read moredid not do a good job on the trimming around the toes. They rinsed the used nail clippers and cuticle wand in my foot water and put them back in the box and onto the rolling cart for the next client. This is how fungus and other bacteria get transferred from client to client. Very unsanitary. I wish I could give them more stars but I really wouldn't suggest using a place that doesn't sanitize their products.

Awful experience for my mom, and myself. We went here with my niece. The man didn't do a very good…read morejob on my French tip and then he charged my mom's credit card $770. You read that correctly. $ 7 7 0. 00! It was suppose to be $77 but he entered it wrong and sent it without checking. Then him and the older woman laughed about it! My mom instantly jumped on the phone with her credit card company and lucky they fixed it. Not to mention their English was horrid and you couldn't understand anything either of them said. They did a decent job on my nieces toes but she only had a simple paint and nothing else. Although we had asked for a flower before the credit card fiasco, but she never got it.

I found Sunshine Nails and let me tell you, the salon is spotless, fabulous and they have all the powders and colors. My nail tech LeMy (sounds like Lemmy) was so skilled and did a perfect job on my hands and feet. She was also so friendly and professional. I will definitely be back! I live in California and the price was the same I pay at home, and worth every penny if not more. *A definite 5 stars all around*

Nothing special. I was visiting my grandmother in Longview…read moreand wanted to treat her to a pedicure. Their cheapest pedicure is $40 and doesn't come with anything but some lotion and a massage. You have to pay $2 for the liner for the bowl which is ridiculous because that should be apart of sanitation laws. And it's $3 for the nail file and buffer. So I guess they weren't going to file our nails had we not paid for it. Let me not forget to mention I also had to file my own toenails myself because they said my toenails were too soft to make them even. For $40 they also only lay one towel across your leg which normal places wrap one around each leg. Ive never had these many issues in Houston. I also requested Vanessa to do my pedi when I made the appointment because of the good reviews about her but when I got there she couldn't do it because another lady was a regular client. Outside of the pedicure, he also kept asking my grandmother if she got pedicures regularly and after she told him yes he kept making comments. It really bothered me and I had to refrain from telling him to be quiet! The older lady was sweet but I will not be returning.
