We sat down and waited for about 15 minutes, and decided to leave because it was going to be after closing before we got done. We left with the intention of coming back the next morning. The owner followed us out to the car asking us to come back in, that they were happy to get us in. At his insistence, we were put in massage chairs to wait. He was very rude and glued the nails mostly to my skin rather than my actual nails so they were already very loose, before the acrylic was even on. I was not really liking how my nails were coming out and the whole experience had already been very off putting for me so I just told them that I wanted to pay for my service and leave without getting them finished. However, they would not let me leave! I kept saying no it's okay it's okay I will pay you for the product you've used I just don't want to finish the service. But they kept telling me to wait and to sit down. And I am a shy person so I did stay and they rushed my nails. My nails were not at all what I asked for and they were not good quality at all. I have heard some people really like this place but I did not have a good experience specifically with the guy. The rest of the ladies seemed sweet
