Update as of 8/6/20: Yelp has more customer reviews posted stating that they were also scammed. Never heard a word back from this company. I have emailed several times and the phone is disconnected. Definitely a scam, check yelp reviews first! Update as of 9/9/20: So the owner finally emailed me on 8/24/20 apologizing for the inconvenience, and stated that his business was closed due to COVID. The offered me a refund for $190 and also a complementary service. He stated that my money would be refunded in 10 business days and we scheduled to have the complementary service done on 9/19/20. Once again, Lynwood did not show up. Now he is not returning my calls, emails, and my refund has NOT been issued. It's hard to believe that this is a legit company when they do scam like things. I don't even want my car detailed at this point, I just want my money back! Update as of 9/15/20: this man has lied to me about refrunfing my money and has now TAKEN an additional $190 from my account. I'm not sure what his issue is, and why he thinks he needs to scam people that want to support a black owned business. AVOID THIS "BUSINESS" AT ALL COSTS.
