We dealt with a contractor located two hours away that broke a custom shower wall panel and delayed the project two weeks; a general contractor who was impossible to reach and kept us in the dark; and an overpriced cabinet designer who charged $17,000 for three vanities and tried to soften the blow by throwing in three "free" sinks. Frustrated, my wife and I decided to call Century Kitchens & Bath one afternoon. We spoke with Tiffany, our designer, and were completely open and honest about our budget. Long story short, we decided to give them a chance to remodel our kitchen--and WOOOOWWWWW! I couldn't believe how well-organized they are. Steve (Owner): An old-school, honest guy.
