I am sharing my experience with Grid Power so others can be aware before doing business with them…read more I had a negative experience and would caution others to do their own research before working with this company. In my situation, communication and follow-through were not handled professionally, and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. I have also had difficulty getting the issue resolved. Based on my experience, I recommend that anyone considering working with this company get all terms and agreements in writing, keep copies of every message and payment, and make sure expectations are clearly documented before moving forwård. I hope the company addresses these concerns professionally. After owner responds: Tyler, your response proves exactly why I left this review. Instead of addressing my actual concerns about the company, you chose to attack my character, call me unstable, and try to embarrass me publicly. That is gaslighting. You are trying to shift the focus away from the company's communication, professionalism, and follow-through by making personal accusations about me. I stand by my experience as a former employee and by what my family experienced after getting solar through your company. Customers deserve to know how concerns are handled when something goes wrong. In my experience, instead of accountability, I saw excuses, personal attacks, and attempts to discredit people who speak up. Anyone considering Grid Power or anyone associated with this company should do serious research first. Read reviews, compare experiences, ask detailed questions, verify everything in writing, and keep records of every promise, payment, and message before signing anything. I have video and proof of this man taking drugs for gym and messages and call recording of you being mentally unstable. It's not the first time Tyler threatens to sue me Imao. And also I didn't get fired I quit way before cause you wanted me to drive 3 hours to bring equipment you're liable for and your employees which you was paying me $400 every two weeks from sales I made you for speaking Spanish to some Spanish residents in a small town of port Arthur in Texas which I'm not gonna say much and let the customers find out what other company you work for and see the reviews themselves and see how low life you really are and what's really behind the picture by the way everybody the company name was Safe Home Security Main / headquarters info I found: Safe Home Security, Inc. 1125 Middle Street, Suite #201 Middletown, CT 06457 Phone: 1-860-980-SAFE (tel:1-860-980-SAFE) (7233) Email: mailto:info@safehomesecurityinc.com   And if I were you I would go back to school cause it's not called slander it's libel since it's online. stop embarrassing yourself. Your employees don't last and I have two more employees that are willing to testify so go ahead whatever you plan on doing but im going to make sure it gets out Have a nice day:)

pelican roofing doesn't have carpenters per Kit or Kid. they hit three gas lines in my attic,…read morecausing a severe gas leak that was near deadly in my home and could've blown up my entire neighborhood and that is witnessed by the gas company. They tore off pieces of my chimney and when they nailed it back, that is where the nails went through the chimney they don't carpenters and can't paint it so I'm not quite sure of what they had on my roof nailing stuff if they don't have carpenters working for them, but it was nothing but non-English speaking people and there was not an English speaking person on my the day and a half that they were here, but they managed to speak three sentences of cursing when something went wrong. I am assuming that they knew they a gas line at some point when things started hissing because the gas people when they detected the gas leak heard the hissing coming from the chimney. Pelican Roofing accepted responsibility to reconnect the should've connected from the hot water heater to the they did not reconnect the gas or light the hot water caused me to have to hire someone to come out and reconnect the gas and hot water heater and they pay for it at the time and still have not paid for it. They are refusing to pay for the other two gas leaks that they prior to were no gas leaks when I moved in this house and there were no gas according to the prior owner and she witnessed that the gas bill shot up $200 over just a few days. Pelican was hired by the prior owner prior to close of this home and not hired by me so they are in for a rude awakening by the time we get through with them. They made a promise that they would do a good job on this home and that did not include tearing the place up. They want to turn around and blame it on building code . Well, if that's the case, no one in points of view should ever use them ever again for fear of building code violations, and maybe no one in Lafayette Parish should ever use them again in fear of building code violations. If Pelican Roofing wants to fight a war, picked wrong person to fight with because I will fight them and so will the old owner of this home that hired them.
