He showed up on time, and he was very respectful and courteous. After inspecting a couple of spots on the roof, Brandon wanted to inform me that he noticed some loose screws. He asked if I would be OK with him securing those before he left, Just to make sure it didn't cause an issue in the future. Of course, I said go for it! The inspection uncovered some minor cracks in the mortar, which I got Brandon to quote out for me the next day. When he called to schedule the repairs, I was traveling out of state. But we were still able to get things taken care! One thing that stood out is that each conversation did not feel rushed or even slowly focused on the business at hand. They took time to ask questions about my day and about my trip when I was traveling. It felt like I was dealing with a close friend who was also an expert at roofing. They gave me assurance that I don't have any major issues with my roof! Yay!
