I've tried many wax techs over the years, and it's either a painful experience, with burns and irritation, or worse, I am stuck having a conversation I hate while in pain. Kassy is the complete opposite to any bad waxing experience I've had. I am relaxed throughout the entire experience. She takes her time, is kind, caring, and very detailed in her waxing. It's always a positive experience. I cannot say enough good things about her. The wax at her salon is also very high quality and feels soft on my skin without burning. I had no idea the wax at EWC was so different. I swear by this wax now, and I'm telling everyone I know to come here with her if they want to experience superior quality and consistent care. The studio is also beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend her and her studio!

I came from a different nail tech and wasn't exactly sure what products were being used on my nails before, but Jaclyn took the time to explain the type of gel I get and answered all of my questions. I came in with pretty rough nails and even had a small issue with one of my thumbs, but she thoroughly explained what caused it and how I can help prevent it in the future. I showed her an inspiration photo but didn't want every design from the picture, and she absolutely nailed it. The colors were beautiful, the designs were perfect, and her attention to detail was incredible. She even managed to create a gorgeous shape despite my nails being on the shorter side. My nail beds look great, my cuticles look amazing, and my overall manicure is flawless. I couldn't be happier with my nails and will definitely be coming back! Requests Jaclyn you won't be disappointed. I'll be back

My wife and I were shopping at Costco last week when we met a wonderful young lady named Ariel…read more While my wife was off in another aisle--probably taking inventory of the entire store--I was navigating my mobility scooter, trying to reach a tube of toothpaste. I asked Ariel a quick question about whitening toothpaste, and she mentioned that she offers professional teeth whitening services. Ironically, teeth whitening is something I've been wanting to do for over a year, but I wasn't interested in going through a dental office. What started as a simple conversation quickly turned into several questions, and I was genuinely impressed by Ariel's knowledge, professionalism, and passion for what she does. Before we left Costco, my wife and I had scheduled an appointment. We visited ARL SkinLab earlier this week, and I have to say I am genuinely blown away by the results. The whitening process was comfortable, Ariel explained everything thoroughly, and the difference was noticeable immediately. While sitting in the chair, I had two choices: listen to my wife or stare at the walls. I chose the walls...and accidentally overheard conversations about services I'd never even heard of before. I learned that Ariel also offers tooth gems (I politely passed on that one), facials, microneedling--which sounds far more intimidating than it apparently is--brow lamination, and several other aesthetic treatments that were completely new to me. More than anything, I'm writing this review because Ariel is exactly the kind of small business owner you want to support. She is knowledgeable, friendly, passionate about helping her clients, and genuinely cares about providing a great experience. My wife and I left feeling like we had found someone we'll continue to use and recommend to family and friends. If you're looking for professional teeth whitening or any of the other services she offers, I encourage you to give her a chance. We certainly did, and we're glad we did. ARL SkinLab 4235 S.
