I've been having issues with acne since I was 18-19 and it recently started to get come back again so i decided to visit London and get a facial! From the beginning she made sure I was comfortable, she explained everything she was doing and explained the feeling you may feel because of the product she was using! The whole time she made sure I was okay and if I had questions she would answer. At the end she showed me all the extraction residue she removed, talked to me about product she recommended for my acne type and gave me samples of some of her favorite products!
