That alone made the experience frustrating and unprofessional. I've also heard concerns from people in the surrounding business community regarding Scott's interactions with a neighboring business owner after she declined a complimentary massage. Based on my experience trying to contact the business and the concerns I've heard, I would personally look elsewhere for massage services.

A very funky small room and an old building with no decor or amenities whatsoever. Also as a senior she should realise we are not as flexible as a 20 year-old and most of us have some degree of arthritis. . I felt very uncomfortable the unnatural angle she was moving my arms into, and even though I have never had knee issues like most people my age, I was very uncomfortable with her patella manipulation ( no muscles there so should not be pushing bones around!!) and my knees do not feel good today. Plus she asked me three times if I would like to leave a gratuity which felt very tacky. If you want a lovely spa massage (or amazing therapeutic facial) go to Float nearby!

The entire experience was so wonderful -- charming, comfortable little cottage, decorated just perfectly, pitch-perfect music, lovely scent in the air and Stephen himself, he of the virtuoso hands and delightful demeanor. I did and -- though I am notoriously stingy -- I am considering making this a weekly thing, it was that wonderful. Finally, I had never received a professional massage from a man before and so wasn't even sure whether that was done. Seeing some testimonials from women on his website, I decided to go with it and felt perfectly comfortable the entire time.
