There were 20 or more of us girls so it must've been a little intimidating, but she was so professional, and we all had such a fun time. She gave good instruction and good critiques. I previously took another pole dancing class where we had multiple poles and a much smaller group, but this class was way better. Unfortunately, I had to go to bed early to drive someone to the airport in the morning, but Ana was definitely the highlight of the bachelorette. If I lived in the area I would love to go to their location and pay to receive some personal or small group lessons.

She arranged for our teacher, Ana, to come to our Airbnb for a couple hour pole dancing class, the twist, it was a complete surprise for the whole group. I asked if Ana could pretend to be a stripper at the door l when she knocked and she played it off perfectly!! Her grand entrance was epic and all the girls were completely surprised about our evening activity. The portable pole was setup in minutes and before you knew it our evening of wine tasting and games turned into an in-home pole dancing class! Each of us had our own comfort level with dancing on the pole, but even those who were more shy enjoyed watching everyone else! We wish we had booked a longer session! It was SO much fun! I've only just…read morereturned to the gym after a hectic six-weeks of work and travel, and I am absolutely smitten with this place. Their staff are always so attentive and supportive. Their clients are walking advertisements as they all look and feel so confident and happy to be there working out. Their positive energy is infectious. I have been trying out several of their classes through an app called MINDBODY. Their business can be found on this app and it links up to their trainers' schedules and classes. If their class is booked, there's a waitlist. Spin classes typically fill up more quickly, but they're so much fun to try so I can see why. It never hurts to get on the waitlist though, as I've been able to join in more often than not. Trying out a few more classes while I can take advantage of these passes, but I'm so glad my friends encouraged me to visit My Garage. I can see what all the fuss is about because not only am I getting in the best and most effective workouts, I'm receiving the best pampering!! By "pampering" I mean, their staff have towels ready for their clients, even cold and damp ones after our intense spin classes. All of their equipment is cared for meticulously as I see each client wiping down their equipment (mats, weights, bikes, etc) and keeping the space clean and bright. Parking was easy, right in front of the studio and the owner was at the desk to greet us and take us back to the aerial studio, behind the dance studio at the front. The owner was extremely accommodating, asking my daughter which apparatus she wanted and at what height. She started on silks, but was also able to practice on hammock and lyra. He even allowed her to play music for an upcoming performance so she could rehearse. The other people at the Open Gym were very supportive-it feels like a great community. If we are ever back in the area and looking for gym time, we won't look anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I booked my son's 7th birthday party with less than a week's notice. Our priority was to have some…read moreobstacles courses, ninja training, and a private venue. Covid is a big worry for us but we had the whole place to ourselves. Besides the coach that entertained the kids, there was maybe 1-2 other staff members. From what I understand, the whole birthday crew there is vaccinated. They also require proof of vaccination if somebody wants to take their mask off, which I really appreciate. Everyone did their masks the whole time, including all the kids. Sanitizer was everywhere and the place was big and clean. Everything went very smoothly and the two hours we had booked flew by faster than my 7-year old on an obstacle course. The coach, Rich, was very good. He was friendly, energetic, kind, and even showed off some really cool trampoline tricks which made the kids' heads explode. We only had four kids with ages ranging from 3 to 8. Rich made it fun for all of them, regardless of age and capability. Really good communication throughout the planning process with both calls and emails. The only downside is that the place does not have any central AC. There were some fans but overall it was pretty hot, especially since it was like 100 degrees outside. If they could get some AC it would make the place perfect. Even with the heat, I definitely recommend this place for awesome ninja training and a great party experience for active kids.

I am someone that never exercises, is overweight, and has an ankle injury. If I can do this class, anybody can. I highly recommend this class to anyone that is nervous about getting fit. It's a clean, quiet studio, and Helene was very warm and welcoming. I did come with a group of friends, so I think I was less nervous than I would be if I were to come by myself.
