I like that the pool is heated, especially now that it's so cold out. Things I don't love about swimming here: * there are limited lap swim times (really early in the morning on weekends or for 1 hour after work Mon-Thurs) * sometimes there's swim meets happening that disrupt the normal schedule but there's no announcements in the app (I've spoken to other members who also complain about this) * the chance of getting laps in during "open swim" is low because of all the lessons that are usually scheduled then We had a great first experience when we became members, but some subsequent interactions with staff have been disappointing. Our family membership rate is more affordable than some of the other locations, and we have the option to go visit other locations as long as majority of our time is spent at the "home" locations. This location is convenient and as I mentioned I come mainly for the pool, but I'm not really attached to this gym.

Her class is very welcoming to people of all different levels. She definitely cares about her work and brings about 8 yoga mats to our sessions even though maybe 2 people use them every week. She does what the majority of the class wants. If you're willing to let her correct you on poses, she also helps with that. I enjoy how she ends each class with laying down and a quick head rub. Overall, Anna is nice and a great instructor who works well with people. The company is a great way to start incorporating wellness into a work environment.

I found this studio a few months ago when I decided to reinvent my July 24th for 2025. Last year on this day in 2024 I had surgery to remove the extra skin after losing 165lbs from 311.5lbs and the surgery I came home and unfortunately started bleeding internally and had to go back to the ER for additional surgery in total I lost 4 pints of blood and needed a transfusion. That day I spent most of the day stressed, panicked, unconscious/ in surgery for 10 plus hours unsure of what came next. I knew this year on July 24th I was gonna seize the day and do stuff relaxing and rejuvenating. This yoga session targeted stretching and zen through the class . There was a point where she mentioned to let go of the stuff that's behind us and release it and leave it at the beach. That moment felt great to really zone in the waves and everything at the shore to move past last year. The instructor was very attentive and made sure everyone understood each pose and directed us when to breathe. This was everything I needed for today, the beach setting and the yoga/zen. Having never been on a web cam before, I am able to use Zoom very effectively my phone or laptop for yoga where Erica and I see each other and speak to each other ... so it is just like having my own yoga instructor right next to me to give me instructions, encouragement, tweaks to my poses. And I can tell her if something hurts or ask her questions ... or just talk. It is so much fun!

I'm a proud ClassPass member, and I noticed that this business has been offered on the CP platform for well over a year now, with the slimmest availability--Usually the classes will say "notify me when a spot becomes available." So for the first time I saw an open class and was so excited to finally experience this... I have a strict budget around fitness/wellness classes so if it's not offered under my ClassPass I won't participate. Upon booking the poolside sound bath class for 7/7/25 at 7:30pm on a Monday; I invited a friend to meet me there. My friend does not have ClassPass, so I encouraged her to book through their website so we could go together.... Only to wake up the morning of to a cancelled reservation. So I called... No answer. Then I sent a message through Instagram and the owner responded promptly just to tell me that they mistakenly have availability out on ClassPass but do not accept bookings through this platform... How irresponsible?! There's always so many rules in place for lateness or no shows but what happens when the business is on the other side of this? No accountability taken whatsoever. People move things around in their schedules to show up and support businesses like this so not only did I feel like my time and money wasn't valued because "I'm a ClassPass member" but the owner had no remorse for her wrong doing of offering classes on CP to begin with. She was so worried about "filling tonight's class" that she wouldn't even look at the situation for what it was and accommodate us... All I asked was that my friend be either refunded or credited for the class since we couldn't go together anymore. This establishment is greedy! And the owner is very money hungry. I was offered a 50% off discount to book this one time after going back and forth... I honestly feel like it was only offered to shut me up. So I will NOT be using the discount code or supporting this business ever again. Experiences like this are supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable; why would I book a class here after feeling like I'm not wanted in the first place? I can't believe them!
