I was impressed with how clean and modern everything was. My wax specialist was really nice and was great at making conversation so I was distracted from any discomfort. My brows look great and the whole waxing process was quicky and pretty painless. My appointment was about 15 minutes long and I felt more like I was hanging out with a friend than getting a wax. The Salon is really neat looking. It has interesting decor. I have not seen a Threading Salon Decorated with dark colors and Hexagon shapes on the walls and ceiling. The music was cranked up pretty loud, which I'm not a fan of. My eyebrows were just ok. I noticed a few hairs out of place and a missing hairs. What I thought would be a quick cute lash session with the flair lash set turned out to be a week of irritation. She glued the freakin' lashes directly on my eyelid and not my lash!! My eyes started off irritated & red before graduating to swollen. So getting them off was a must. Now I've had lashes several times from strips, to magnetic, to individuals and I've never had an issue. This was the worst $35 I've ever spent. So, it's gonna be a "No" for me on the lashes followed by a long hard stare when asked about returning.
