We offer vinyasa, yin, restorative, beginners, pregnancy and kids yoga and mat Pilates. Leave with a calmer, clearer mind and a stronger, more flexible body.
History
Established in 2014.
SoHo Yoga was founded in 2014 with a vision to create a more mindful & compassionate world through the practices of yoga & meditation. We now have 2 unique, boutique yoga studios in Ascot & Grange on Brisbane's North side.
Meet the Business Owner: Amanda Z.
Amanda's yoga journey followed her corporate career from London to Sydney and ultimately to Brisbane, incorporating many styles of practice along the way including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara and Vinyasa. After completing her yoga teacher training, Amanda finally left the corporate world to realise her dream of establishing SoHo Yoga and sharing the many benefits of this life affirming practice with others. An eternal student of yoga, Amanda has since studied under international teachers Shiva Rea, Sarah Powers and Elena Brower. Her creative vinyasa classes incorporate contemporary themes that empower students to take their practice off the mat and into their daily lives.
