This was my first time going to Soho to get my nails done for my birthday and I can say I was not satisfied. There was language barrier issues with the man doing my nails, I had to explain what I wanted about 5 times. I was although glad he asked for help. He had trouble gluing on the tips for the acrylics, the lengths of my nails do not match, polish did not cover the nail completely, clear coat did not cover the nail completely either and had bubbles. The nail tech seemed like he was rushing as I was his last person, he also as well left a mess on my skin by my nails, I had to pick the gel off my skin. They had someone else do my toes, which is the only reason why I am giving 2 stars, I was satisfied with my gel toes. I will not be getting my nails done here again. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I definentally would. I ALWAYS have my nails done and was very excited and really looking forward to this place opening up until I went in there for the first time. So I had an appointment at 3 . I waited over an hour to be helped. As soon as I sat down some lady started to help me and was very rude, she asked me how long I wanted my nails I told her I want coffin nails. Well she cut them WAYYY too long the first time, I didn't realize it until she had finished cutting them on one whole hand & I put my hand up to look at them. When I addressed it to her she started making complaining noises saying I asked you how long you wanted them & I wasn't even being rude or anything I told her I'm sorry I just realized that you cut them TOO long, can you please just cut them down a little bit shorter, just a little bit. Well this lady was SO MAD tha she cut them hella short! They looked like some short squared nails. I told her I asked you to cut them a little bit not that much these look like a short square set! She threw her tools and got all frustrated and said tell him to help you!! First of all I was already waiting over an hour and the guy she was pointing at had just started helping somebody else. I was not going to wait any longer than that. so I told her you know what this is my first time coming here and I was so excited for this new location in Kerman, but this is the first and last time come here and I'm leaving and I'm never coming back and I always get my nails done. & I walked out, I have never in my life walked out of a nail place. Went in this morning and was promptly assisted by Matthew, who did my nails. He was kind enough to mix different pink powders to get the perfect pink I wanted being that I wanted an all pink powder acrylic set. He was friendly and delivered exactly what I wanted. Horrible customer service! was here 8 days ago and spent $80 getting a pedi and gel fill. I went in today because my gel was peeling. I had cat eye gel but didn't have time to redo cat eye so I selected a simple color. They charged me $20! Because they had to remove the gel I had (that was peeling on all of my nails) and for changing the color to something easier to do. Clearly customer service is not part of their business plan. The man running the place doesn't appear to care much for black customers and it shows when they serve everyone else first no matter who came first. Disgraceful. Acrylics don't last 2 weeks. Don't expect anything more than a 30 second massage with your mani or pedi. Nail techs can't understand my instructions. They'll double up on customers which is rude. From the times I've been there I have also noticed she is the only that washes and cleans her tools after she is done with every customer. So happy to finally have a place in Kerman to get a pedicure! I believe they have 10 chairs to do pedicures. There pricing is great. Even though I don't live in Kerman my family does and I visit several times a week. My sister and nieces love girls day with lunch and spa day. But always had to drive to Fresno. Yesterday we tried for the first time. Such nice people and very clean. My issue is they are toooo fast. There was no one before or after but had us done in 20 minutes or less. Very disappointed. My first experience here was much better than the second, and now that I understand the pricing and the way things run, I'll be more prepared. Went in on Saturday morning with some friends for a mani and pedi and we LOVED it!!! Matthew did my full set and Van did my pedicure. They were both great!! I made an appointment the night before and they got us in as soon as they opened at 9am. We were a group of 5 and they made sure to have enough staff to do our mani while getting our pedi done. I went in for a gel manicure...simple enough you'd think. The technician that did my nails didn't even speak to me until she asked how I wanted my nails cut and shaped. I don't know if it's the brand of gel polish they used or what, but I got my nails done on Saturday 2/16/19 and by Monday morning they were already chipping and cracking. I'm not harder on my hands then the next person so I don't know why the gel polish would be doing this. As of now, I have 5 nails with chips and 2 nails with cracks in the gel. 1 finger chipped halfway off to a point where I had to peel the rest of the polish off...so 1 nail has no polish at all anymore. I am going to call the place and see what they say. A $30.00 gel manicure is already pretty pricey for me and I'd only go back if they are going to redo them for free. read more

Worst manicure ever! I can't believe I paid for this. They filed my nails down to nubs - I went in with decent nails! Then the lady kept filing after she put on the gel polish and clipping for some reason. It was super painful, now my fingers hurt and the polish looks worse than if I'd done it myself. I also got a mediocre pedicure, so they did the mani portion in the pedi chair, even though the same lady did the mani and pedi. Whyyyyy? By the time I left there my butt hurt and my arms were tired from holding them out instead of having the mani done at a proper table. I just wanted a relaxing treat for myself and this was not it! This was my first time here, and it was a horrible experience! I was there probably no more than 20 minutes max for a pedicure. My feet never even got a chance to soak.The lady rushed through the entire pedicure. She was so rough on my toes, yanked on my nail and scraped my skin. After doing the first toe, I did not allow her to do the others, only trim them down because of how rough and fast she was going, as if I couldn't feel a things she was doing. First instinct was to walk out but I tried to calm down and allow her to finish. I thought maybe after I told her she hurt me that she would slow down and do a better job. Wrong! She applied lotion to my feet and legs, and smacked the bottom of my feet, would you call that a massage? Then she grabbed this "steamed" wash rag that was clearly used to clean with since it was stained and dirty, and wiped the lotion off my legs quickly before I had a chance to say anything, gross! When they say you get a "hot steamed" towel, doesn't that mean its hot steamed and wrapped around your legs for a little while? The nail polish went on clumpy, she fanned my feet with a hand paper fan and handed me my bill and told me I was done. My toes weren't even dry! Horrible customer service. I wish I had read reviews before going there. I live in Kerman and would rather drive to Fresno instead of going to this horrible place again. It's clearly about money here, they weren't even busy! Took my daughter here this AM before work to get her nails done (because I'm super picky!), but the lady asked me too so I thought I'd give them a try seeing as most of the reviews are good. OMG! Bad idea! If you are picky and used to getting a professional salon nail job....beware!! A young lady did my nails, regular square shape; or was supposed to be! The shape was horrible and I had to keep asking her to fix them.... then the nail art.... had to be taken over by the young man next to her!!! I should have just asked them to stop and take them off but he really did try to fix them. Anyway, I now have a meeting with higher uppers later and I'm hiding my hands!!! So embarrassing!! I have had some good experiences here when the salon first opened but my last couple of experiences have been pretty bad. First I was ignored by one of the staff until the owner noticed and told me to sit at one of the stations and one of the two free staff members finally looked at me and slowly made their way over. Then I asked for coffin shape and quickly realized I would be leaving with more of an oval/rounded coffin shape at best. The whole time she seemed to just want to get me out of there and was in a hurry. At this point I was annoyed and when I left I noticed they were bumpy and uneven. I broke a nail a week later and decided to give them another chance but again I was disappointed as she just shoved her own nail under the acrylic to tear it off my nail which hurt but she didn't seem to care. The only upside are the pedicures, one of the women that does the pedicures is super nice and loves to talk, she is the only reason I'd go back at this point. read more
