I have been seeing Dr Khodadadi for years and really find him a great fit! I appreciate his quality work, and making my broken tooth look better than new. Today, I took my kids to him as well and he and his staff were awesome with my kids (4, 6, and 8). They left loving going to the dentist. read more

Like many of the other reviewers, I have found that this dentist is dishonest, and, as I have discovered today, a criminal. Three years ago they charged me full price for a bridge - $1650 - even though I have excellent insurance. When I pressed them on this, they told me that was all my insurance covered. The bridge broke a couple of weeks ago, so this time I contacted the insurance company and discovered that, indeed, a bridge is FULLY COVERED by my insurance. So when I went back to the office and they AGAIN tried to charge me full price for the service, I asked for a pre-authorization (I recommend that everyone does this no matter who your dentist is). Having no choice but to tell me the truth as this point, they agreed that my bridgework was fully covered, however, they then attempted to give me several reasons why they would still not honor my insurance, all of which were either untrue or did not apply to me. I contacted the insurance company to complain, and found out that not only had they charged me full price for my bridge procedure three years ago, but they also reported it as a claim and were paid by the insurance company too, which makes them liars, thieves, and criminals. This office will do everything it can to bilk you for every cent that it can, then act like the problem is you. If I could get someone arrested or shut their business down, I would. Does anyone know how this can be done? This dentist has no business being in business. LIARS, THIEVES, AND CRIMINALS! read more

The best dental office!! I've been a patient for years and have always had a positive experience. Nazi at the front desk is amazing and is always so accommodative to make sure that I receive the care I need! read more

While the treatment you may receive is average - I just had a regular cleaning which was fine - beware of all the extras they will ask you to cover on your own. Previous reviews have mentioned this, so buyer, beware. This is real. They are out for extra money and will get any way they can. In February, I went in for a cleaning and since it had been over 18 months since my last visit, they charged me $100 on the spot for the "extra work" and under the code of a "Full Mouth Debridement to Enable Comprehensive Oral Eval on Subsequent Visit" - this second visit never happened. Then, I got another bill later on from them, saying my insurance did not cover some of the cleaning they did (the debridement). I went into the office to inquire, and was showed a piece of paper which I had signed, which included in fine print that everything would be subject to insurance acceptance. So here is the thing: Dental Group of Beverly Hills may charge you more after you leave the office, no matter what they say "Oh, this will all be covered." Don't believe them and just know you may be slapped with a high bill after you exit, which doesn't leave any of us smiling at all. read more

Do NOT patronize DENTAL GROUP Of BEVERLY HILLS! Here is my ex - perience. I went to get a tooth pulled. They told that it wasn't covered by my Ins. and that the cost was $185.00. I had been suffering a lot of pain from this tooth and decided to put a stop to it, even though I had to pay out of pocket before. I got it done. It was a short procedure and they said to come back in two weeks to get the stiches out. I went back and stiches had come out naturally, so all they did was pull the tooth. Two weeks later I got a note from my Ins. that they paid for it $125.00! So they pocketed the money twice, and lied about the amount and over charged me! I am a Senior on Government Assistance and they had no qualms to take advantage of that! DO NOT GO THERE!!! read more

I called to book an appointment and the person who answered was rude and unhelpful. She gave me little to no information over the phone and did not even confirm my appointment. I'm a physician and this even makes me uncomfortable to visit this office based on this first time interaction with staff. I will not be visiting Dr. Khodadadi. read more

I have been to this dental office three times. The first dentist I saw was Dr. Parsi, whose diagnostics were very good, and referral to an endodontist excellent, but I had misgivings because he talked about deep cleaning and a night guard. I have heard plenty of stories about medical professionals who push unnecessary and costly products or procedures, and if I am sure this is what is happening, it's my first and last visit. But since he was not pushy, I returned for a tooth cleaning, and again this week with an inflamed tooth. Dr. Parsi had moved on, and I saw Dr. Khodadadi. I was impressed by a number of markers that one would look for when choosing a dentist: 1) Care in overall examination--Dr. Khodadadi took x-rays, which seemed appropriate given my symptoms. He was careful in examining them, in examining the tooth and in interpreting and describing results. 2) Knowledge--he found a crack in the tooth, and described three possibilities for treatment, depending upon the depth of the crack. His description matched the endodontist's findings point for point. Beyond his medical expertise, he was conversant on other topics of interest, so...knowledgeable AND intelligent. 3) Manner--Dr. Khodadadi made no pushy sales pitches, nor seemed intent on sales prospects. He was clearly focused on medical aspects of the visit, which is the professionalism I seek. 4) Equipment--State-of-the-art. 5) Office--easily accessed on Robertson, adequate street parking. The office is spacious, clean, and has brainless celebrity magazines--People, etc.--a must for a visit to the doctor! :-) 6. Courteous and friendly office staff. The doctor said his office will be moving soon to a location on Wilshire Boulevard. I will continue to go to him based on my experience this week. read more

I live very close to this doctor and I went there for checkup and one female doctor assistant came to the room checked my teeth and claimed something outrages for expenses to fix my teeth and even with my insurance there is no charge for xray they wanted 45 usd to give me my xray I didnt have a time to complain to my insurance company but advise people don't trust them and discuss with other doctors be careful they rip you off don't be a victim read more

Dr. Khodadadi might be a good dentist. I do not know. All I know is that I referred him to my daughter who went to see him. He said she needed scaling and a filling. She went to get a second opinion and she needed neither one of those services. This was a long time ago, but when I saw his name on Yelp, I really wanted to share my experience. I was also kicked out of his office because I did not want to do all my dental work there. His implants at the time were much more expensive than another specialist I was seeing. When I tried to discuss this with the secretary she simply told me that this was a final decision. Honesty and compassion were not in his vocabulary at the time. read more

I have had bad experiences in LA with dentists and the quality of their work, as well as their credibility and advice. This grew into a dentist- related anxiety. Until I found Dr. Khodadadi. I can't express enough how caring, FAST, precise, and honest this dentist is. I would never let anyone else touch my teeth. The local anesthesia he gave me today was so precise that nothing was numb but the tooth he was working on. No lips, cheek, or tongue numbness. The office is very inviting and modern, as well as the equipment. The receptionists are very friendly and easy to communicate with, as well as they will accommodate me as fast as in one day! Really really 5 stars! P.s. I've noticed the office has moved to Wilshire blvd today when I went to Robertson location read more

I wanted to say that Dr. Khodadadi, is truly a great person. Not only a thorough dentist but one who feels like he truly cares. I am so thankful to have become his patient and have him perfect the smile I have battling to have since my last basketball accident. I really had some concerns I would never have that Perfect smile again, but now that I am in his hands, I really feel much more comfort knowing that we are getting closer to it every day...I am so convinced about this that I am recommending my own father to come to him too and would feel very comfortable recommending other friends and family to him. Not to mention that his staff is stellar and makes you feel like family! Sincerely, Jasmine read more

This is, by far, the best place to get any kind of dental work done. I had all four wisdom teeth pulled yesterday, and it was practically a breeze. The office is clean, the staff is friendly (shout out to nurse Uciel), and Dr. Khodadadi is highly skilled. They thoroughly explained everything before the surgery/procedure, and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They even allowed my anxious Mom to check up on me several times during my three hour visit. I HIGHLY recommend The Dental Group of Beverly Hills and Dr. Khodadadi. read more

It's very hard finding a great dentist and I don't do well having anyone working in my mouth but finding this dentist was a huge score. Been going here for years and not only is he a great dentist but also a really nice guy. The staff there is wonderful and I always feel very taken care of. read more

DR. Khodadadi is not only by far the best dentist in town he also has the eye of an artist. His work is impeccable, precise and painless ! Broke a tooth. They took me he same day and I was in and out with a temporary solution. I will go back to fix it with him. Make sure you only see Dr. Khodadadi. I went to the 99 La CIenega one. Highly recommended. read more

Awful experience going in for a covered cleaning and having the dentist refuse to give you the covered cleaning and require you pay the extra fee for the upgraded cleaning - all despite the fact that I have no cavities and even offered to sign a waiver of liability. Be careful with the mandatory unnecessary upgrades here. Nice office and pleasant staff, just ashame their engaging in unscrupulous practices. read more

Very rude office staff. I didn't even bother to go when i heard how robotic they are, and couldn't be any more careless that i was refereed by another dentist. Reading the below reviews, good thing i didn't even go. read more

I have to many dentist due to not being educated to take care of my teeth in the past. Many hygienists have told me that I need laser and deep cleaning trying to rip me off! But when I consulted that with Dr. Khodadadi he mentioned to me that all I need is a good cleaning and none of these expensive works that was offered to me previously! He also found a layering issue on one of my teeth that no other doctor has seen before! He did a dental cleaning for me, one of the best cleanings I've had. I will see him again. read more

I used to see dentists in the office of Dr. Soheil Khodadadi. Having some concerns, I spoke with Dr. Khodadadi. He told me to do several things & then make another appointment to see him. Two months later, I made another appointment. The receptionist & office manager confirmed Dr. Khodadadi would meet with me. I waited in the dental chair for 1 and 1/2 hours before he told another dentist that he would not meet with me. Dr. Khodadadi did not keep his word. After I left, I discovered that his office tried to get my insurance to pay them. For several years, I have been happy with other dentists. These other dentists don't push for yearly x-rays, which in my opinion are a frivolous drain of money. By the way, when reading reviews & ratings, note that Birdeye only harvests 4- and 5-stars. read more

This place has gone downhill. I've been going here for 10 years and this used to be an amazing place with the best staff. At some point the entire staff was flipped over, the new staff is crude, rude and basically nasty. Practice went from Beverly Hills VIP service to a free clinic in Hollywood. No thanks. read more

This man basically ruined my life. I can't even write how bad this was- there isn't a day that I don't spend in pain since walking into his office, and not a day that I don't think it was the greatest mistake of my life BY FAR. I cannot begin to warn you enough. Stay away. read more

Dr. Khodadadi is an amazing dentist! I've been his patient for the last 7 years. If you're looking for a highly experienced dentist, Dr. Khodadadi is exceptional when it comes to serious dental work. I had Dr. Khodadadi pull out my wisdom teeth. It was very pain free, he explained everything prior, explained my options, and I healed pretty well. He has two offices and both offices have very nice staff. At his Robertson office, Dr. M is the main doctor and she is freaking amazing!!! She is very patient, efficient, gentle, and caring. These two dentists are the first two dentists that I met who don't lie or go after your money. They really do care about their patients and are always willing to discuss your options. I highly recommend them and for both offices you can find free street parking. read more

I had not seen a dentist in three years hence I feared the worst. A very sweet and professional assistant took a panoramic x-ray making sure I was comfortable and Dr. Soheil Khodadadi came in soon afterwards. He did not try to sell me anything. He advised for a good cleaning versus a basic one since it had been three years and knowing I already had night guard he simply recommended to wear it every night, instead of trying to sell me the ones they made (I heard that before "oh, this is not good, ours is better"). That was it! Honesty at its best! I have already recommended this office to a friend. Honest dentists are hard to find anywhere! Thank you guys! read more

Dr. Keihani is a very talented and knowledgable doctor. I've been to a lot of dentists and he is truly one of a kind that I can speak highly of without any doubt. I needed a lot of work done to my lower back teeth and was very scared of both the procedure and cost, but Dr. Keihani made the process as painless as possible. If your looking for a professional and talented dr, you should go to Dr. Keihani, I highly recommend him! read more

I have been a patient of Dr K for as long as he's opened his practice . He takes his work very seriously and he's a very honest person . He takes his time to listen and to treat you in a gentle way . He's always treated me like family and makes me feel that I am in the best hands ... I have had extensive work done and I can assure you that he's very knowledgeable and always aware of latest techniques or innovations in his field . Most of all I think he's a very kind and caring human being which is for me a huge criteria in selecting a medical professional regardless of his expertise . Although His practice has increased dramatically these last few years , they always have availability within a day or two . Everyone at the front desk is so kind and accommodating whether it is with payments or appointments . Great team of caring professionals . I wouldn't change my dentist for anyone else and that's how much I trust him . read more

The worst. THE WORST. My wife needed to take my 4-year-old son to a pediatric dentist. But her insurance said she needed a referral from our regular dentist, so she took him and his baby brother to Khodadadi (our regular) for a quick look. The experience was awful. First, his office told my wife she didn't need to come in for a referral, even though her insurance told her otherwise. Then he kept saying that of course he sees kids. When it came time to do the exam, he had no idea how to talk to my son, nor did he treat my wife with respect. He tried to run some X-Rays (on a 4 year old), but he didn't have the correct-sized mouth piece. My son truly couldn't open his mouth as big as he needed, it was really hurting him, and for this, Khodadadi said my son "wasn't cooperating." My wife even asked the nurse: "you said you take kids all the time, don't you have a child-sized mouth piece?" The nurse could barely mumble an answer. My wife was with both our kids, she had all she could handle, and my youngest son was crying. Instead of being patient and understanding, or even offering help - because hey, he sees kids all the time - Khodadadi turned to my wife and said, "I don't run a babysitting service, you have to leave." His staff incorrectly told my wife "you're not taking care of your son." This man is a crook, a liar, and an incompetent. But worst of all, he's a disgusting human being. If I was able to give him a negative rating, I would. Please stay away. read more

worst dentist ever, tried selling me all kinds of unnecessary procedures when what I really needed was a root canal asap. run from this guy.
