Was delivered low quality material which fell apart in less than a year. I took a huge loss and horrible headache being I'm on social security. I would like to start off and say that my experience at Soft Touch Dental Care has been very pleasant. Every staff member that work there are very nice and makes you feel welcome. The time you walk in all of the receptionist(s) greets you with a smile. I would also like to say that Dr. Anand Galgali, Rigoberto Chavez, and Jaelen Haskin are all very Professional men they make you fell like you're part of the family. The staff is polite, the back office staff is very well educated and will take time to explain everything that you need. If you need to schedule an app they have 2 locations and you'll be seen right away. The girls in the front are awesome always friendly and willing to work with my long distance drive. Dr. Anand Galgali makes you feel at home, Jaelen and Rigo are great at what they do. My smile look amazing. Care is fine. But they send approval to the insurance without asking if you approve of all procedures first. Then force you to do payments and don't allow full payment up front. That really annoyed me, had to call whoever was collecting the money in order to do that. Then have the audacity to send a letter threatening to charge fifty bucks for a missed appointment. They claimed my husband had a missed appointment. Impossible since I'm the one that makes his appointments. Talk to your staff about making appointments without confirming with the patient. Edit to reply. As I said my husband is the patient. Read closer. Second don't make appointments without calling patient and confirming. Keep doing this and I will report this to the dental ethics board and bbb. You're scamming people out of "missed appointments" fees without even telling them they have an appointment. You send reminders to make appointments. You don't make it for them, what a scam. This is the only place I know of that does this. read more

This office and Dr. G were amazing and fast in getting my crown lengthening and bone graft done. Dr. G even called me himself on a Saturday afternoon to make sure I was healing well!! Who DOES that nowadays!!! A few days later, my crown was made right there in the office and put in with no problems. They have the technology and the staff to make every visit seamless. This Dental clinic was a big help to us. We were on vacation from Oregon when my daughter had a pain in her tooth. They were able to schedule us in same day and handled everything smoothly. EDITING MY REVIEW: PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY: This Yelp Review was essentially coerced from me; due to the insanely high charges I Just want to put this corrected and updated message out there.... BE CAREFUL ! and stay warned, yall. This place overcharges like crazy. I have opened a report against them with my insurance company. My insurance company, per their words, stated "this is fraud, don't worry we are going to help you though, let's go ahead and file the grievance and the report." And so that is what we did. Truly, very thankful for my insurance company for helping me out with this. I was quoted $27,000. For work that needed to be done on my 5 teeth. The doctor said to me... Dr. G.... his words, "we are going to become very good friends, my dear because you need a lot of work done." I was quoted 27 grand for five crowns. I was then told that I would be responsible for approximately 15 grand (It was around $14,800).... I have full dental coverage and even opted for a PPO, this dental office, Soft Touch Dental Care, is a participating PPO member and I was STILL being quoted this much. I looked through the itemized treatment plan with my insurance company... they indicated exactly which items are fraudulent. So I opt to just focus on TWO teeth. I was charged $3800 out of POCKET FOR JUST TWO TEETH. MY INSURANCE COMPANY, I SPOKE WITH THEM FOUR TIMES BY THE WAY, THEY TOLD ME THIS AMOUNT OUT OF POCKET FOR SOMEONE WITH MY PLAN IS UNHEARD OF. AND IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE THAN 200 OR 250 PER TOOTH. I was attempted to be charged for Zirconia, bridge removal.... LOL i dont have a bridge in my mouth. I was charged four hundred dollars OUT OF POCKET FOR IRRIGATION.... Gingival Irrigation. for a deep cleaning that was never completed. they said due to time constraints, "we cannot do a cleaning today so we will do that a different day." PLEASE NOTE I DID NOT GIVE CONSENT FOR ANY OF THIS. I DID NOT PROVIDE CONSENT FOR ZIRCONIA, I DID NOT PROVIDE CONSENT FOR A DEEP CLEANING. there was NO cleaning even performed during my visit, which was yesterday, 02/01/2023... and I was yet charged $400 DOLLARS FOR IRRIGATION services. none of which was completed and again, I did not give consent for this. I said "No, I dont want a deep cleaning." Please be warned that this is an unethical business. I have taken substantial action against them and will continue to do so. I have read the other reviews now.... unfortunately when i checked the reviews prior to calling them to schedule my initial appointment, I only saw the ones listed on top and I should have continued scrolling down. Please see other reviews where the concern of overcharging and fraudulent actions regarding their Billing Department has been mentioned. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. IT WILL BE A HASSLE. Good family style dentist, not a chain, which is why I chose here. Individualized care - not just the next patient or a number. Staff, dentists, and hygienists make you feel comfortable and very conscientious of your pain levels during treatment. My family has been coming here for around 8 years. This place only cares about the money, if you want them to do only what's covered by the insurance and pay nothing they'll give you looks and do whatever it takes to charge for something. Second review on SOFT TOUCH DENTAL is as follows: Soft Touch Dental has stolen $99.18 from a DEBIT CARD without authorization. The original Debit Card that they have on file was canceled on April 20, 2023. Keep in mind that the original charge was to be $103.05. So, why was $99.18 stolen on 5/12/23? A new card was issued to me, by my bank, with a new number. Undisclosed to me, Soft Touch Dental used APPLE PAY to setup their fraudulent payments to pay a RECURRING DEBIT to my bank account. Once a RECURRING DEBIT is setup through APPLE PAY, the charge will be debited from the bank account, even on a replacement Debit Card. I had to get a NEW Debit Card and instructed my bank to remove Soft Touch Dental from RECURRING ACCOUNTS in my bank "wallet". Not only did Soft Touch Dental steal money from my account and on a replacement and different Debit Card number, they have stolen money in a different amount, most certainly, I did not authorize. There is no written documentation or verbal authorization to warrant a charge to my bank account in the amount of $99.18. I have filed claims with my bank, my insurance company, with their loan lender, Sunbit and with The Better Business Bureau. My next step is Small Claims Court. I am requesting that Soft Touch Dental return the $99.18 that they have stolen. Soft Touch Dental must follow dental insurance policies and process, charge patients the Copayment amount and not overcharge patients with their costs. Again, Soft Touch Dental did not file a PRE TREATMENT ESTIMATE form with Delta Dental Insurance Company, before starting dental services. Since the Pre Treatment Estimate form was not filed, a CLAIM was required and requested to be filed with Delta Dental Insurance Company. As of 5/19/23, Soft Touch Dental has failed to file a required and requested Claim Form with Delta Dental Insurance Company. Soft Touch Dental has put undue stress and anxiety into my life and it must stop. I want to rectify this issue and I want to pay for services performed by Dr. G, but I will not be overcharged and money will not be stolen from my bank account. Dr. G does great work and his office staff are professional and helpful. Beware of the "Office Manager", Elvira. She is very unprofessional and has created a horrible situation. All Elvira had to do was, follow insurance procedures, not create fraudulent loan amounts and not steal money, like a thief. read more

I would be very cautious, I got a estimate of $9500 dollars for 5 crowns, of which I did not need. I was offered to immediately run my care credit even though they were short handed the procedures were to start the same day after I had been there for hours. I have Delta Dental Medicare HMO plan each crown could cost at the most $396-$721.00. I wasn't offered the option to do any deep cleaning or clean my teeth as well prior, listen to me it was ALL About the money. I called Delta and a rep called them whilst I was on the phone. The rep said give me the codes in which the codes did not exist. Please please don't let anyone fool you especially if your a senior or not. It's all bout the UP-SELL and the blah blah blah talk which I recognized immediately. When ever you go to a dentist tell them to send a pre-existing authorization plan to your dental provider BEFORE the work is done and do not let them touch your mouth before. read more

Guess who just sent me a message asking me to change my review!? You must be joking!! After doing tons of research and comparing reviews on dentists covered my my insurance, I chose Soft Touch Dental simply because of the 4.5 star rating. My experience was not even close to 4.5 stars. I arrived early for my 12:00 appointment expecting paperwork and wasn't seen until 12:30, but this is pretty standard with new patients. I came in for a cleaning, general exam, and re filling a previous filling that had cracked and fallen out. Paperwork asked the standard questions asked if I was on any medications, I stated that I am currently on Accutane. There are A LOT of meds I can not take while on Accutane. Tylenol for example, will KILL my liver. The X-ray tech was very thorough and calm. We went over to the cleaning room so the dr could continue with my exam, fill the broken filling, and then I could get the cleaning as well... Or so I thought. He was examining my teeth and kept saying 'possible' cavities/other dental terminology. No biggie... Until he say my chair up, showed me pictures of my teeth reflected in a mirror saying 'this is a definite caviety/root canal/ etc. by the way, have you ever thought of braces?' I let him know that I've already had braces. He Questioned me with 'are you sure?' Why no actually... I must have been mistaken when I had metal glued to my teeth causing pain as everything was straightened out. If someone tells you they have had braces, they clearly have had braces. That is NOT a process that would be easily forgotten. So after telling me that I have 3-5 definite root canals... Yes 3-5 definite. Not 3 for sure or 5 for sure... But the possibility of 3-5 even though they 'definitely' need root canals. He also tells me I have 4-5 additional cavities. He also tells me he is writing me a prescription for 800mg of Tylenol. I reminded him of my paperwork AND the several conversations we had while he was examining my teeth stating the ONLY thing I can have is Motrin.. But I already have Motrin. Now I am walked into another room where a nurse try's to explain the financials to me. I told her SEVERAL times that it is too expensive and I can not afford that right now. She brings up credit cards and medical credit... Do you really think I am going to max out credit cards when there isn't even a definite answer of what I will be paying!? No. I don't know how many times I said no. I told her I wanted my cleaning and needed to go home and process everything. She got the dr and he kept telling me that I 'have to do this' and would not let me leave without running my credit to see what type of medical credit I would be approved for. Normally I would have walked out by now, but I kept telling myself there was a reason for the 4.5 star reviews.. So I waited for my cleaning/filling. An hour and 15 minutes of waiting later, I got out of my chair, demanded my cleaning copay be returned and told them I was leaving. The nurse that was supposed to clean my teeth an hour and 15 minutes ago said 'oh, the dr just told me about cleaning your teeth, are you sure you want to leave?' 1. Don't lie. I was already in the chair you were standing next to when he told you to clean my teeth over an hour ago 2. You looked at my chart right next to my chair over an hour ago 3. I have been listening to you sharing life stories with your coworkers for the past hour and 15 minutes. She went to get the return 'approved by the dr' and instead he came up to the desk. Told me that the cleaning 'won't take long'. I let him know that I got here before 12:00, have been sitting in a chair for an hour and 15 minutes waiting for my cleaning, and it was already almost 4:00pm. I was not spending any more of my day off in this office. He then Said to the nurse that was supposed to clean my teeth 'schedule her for her root canal and cleaning tomorrow morning at 8:30 am' Nurse 'we don't have any openings until 12:30' Me 'I am not committing to a root canal I don't agree with' Dr 'then call the other apt an tell them to reschedule. She already paid for her cleaning so she needs to get her cleaning and she wants the root canal' Me 'I have work tomorrow and am not scheduling an appointment' Dr 'she is priority over the other apt, just call that one and reschedule' And then the dr walked away... DID YOU REALLY JUST IGNORE ME!? Why in the world do you think I would choose to come back to this office after this experience? The nurse turned back to me and said 'I have you down tomorrow at 8:30 for a cleaning and root canal' I reminded her that I never agreed to a root canal and that I will be getting my refund for the cleaning I did not receive. 'I need the drs approval' I told her to get the approval and give me my refund. She left the desk and then returned to FINALLY give me my refund. I should have trusted the Invisalign review. Clearly not in it for my best interest or dental health. I will NOT be returning. read more

PLEASE BE AWARE, UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE This is the worse dentist in the Inland Empire. They have 2 locations, one in Corona and the other in the Moreno Valley. My wife went to extract her tooth. The Dentist whose name is Anand Galgali was the person who my wife initially consulted. This was back in January 2020. He majorly botched the extraction with pieces of the root still buried in the gum. I don't think this guy is very competent based on other reviews that I have read about him on both google and yelp. Most frustrating of all was the we were in the midst of changing dental insurance companies. This dentist and his assistant Elvira coerced my wife to pay out of pocket even before any procedure was done and charged our carecredit card for $3410.00. My wife had to go see another dentist to get the issue resolved. Long story short, since February we've been asking for a refund of our money and they said they can only refund $2400.00 and they were keeping more than a $1000.00 for an extraction. They've been giving my wife the run-around for this refund. So I got involved last week. I asked them for a check and they said they will have to retain $300.00 for administration fee and only return $2100.00, however they said they can credit the carecredit account for $2400.00. I went to the Corona location on August 5th, and met with Elvira, who blatantly lied to me that the money will be credited the following day. It is now 8/13/2020 and no money has been credited. When I called them at the Moreno Valley location around 10:05 I was pretty upset and guess what Elvira said, "are you having a good day" sarcastically. She then lied to me again saying that the money was credited to the care credit account and it was not. I have requested Ms. Elvira to send me a confirmation email on what she stated. She has promised me to send it to me by 2pm today (8/13/20). This is a very unethical business based on my experience and others. If I don't get my full refund by end of today I will be contacting the Dental Board of California. For those of you who need that contact information, here it is: 877-729-7789 and they can be reached via web at www.dbc.ca.gov. If I still don't get the money I plan on organizing a class action law suit against the dental establishment. I will update this thread. Please keep checking. read more
