The staff is polite, the back office staff is very well educated and will take time to explain everything that you need. If you need to schedule an app they have 2 locations and you'll be seen right away. The girls in the front are awesome always friendly and willing to work with my long distance drive. Care is fine. But they send approval to the insurance without asking if you approve of all procedures first. Then force you to do payments and don't allow full payment up front. That really annoyed me, had to call whoever was collecting the money in order to do that. Then have the audacity to send a letter threatening to charge fifty bucks for a missed appointment. They claimed my husband had a missed appointment. Impossible since I'm the one that makes his appointments. Talk to your staff about making appointments without confirming with the patient. Edit to reply. As I said my husband is the patient. Read closer. Second don't make appointments without calling patient and confirming. Keep doing this and I will report this to the dental ethics board and bbb. You're scamming people out of "missed appointments" fees without even telling them they have an appointment. You send reminders to make appointments. You don't make it for them, what a scam. This is the only place I know of that does this. read more

This office and Dr. G were amazing and fast in getting my crown lengthening and bone graft done. Dr. G even called me himself on a Saturday afternoon to make sure I was healing well!! BE CAREFUL ! and stay warned, yall. This place overcharges like crazy. I have opened a report against them with my insurance company. My insurance company, per their words, stated "this is fraud, don't worry we are going to help you though, let's go ahead and file the grievance and the report." And so that is what we did. Truly, very thankful for my insurance company for helping me out with this. I was quoted $27,000. For work that needed to be done on my 5 teeth. The doctor said to me... Dr. G.... his words, "we are going to become very good friends, my dear because you need a lot of work done." I was quoted 27 grand for five crowns. I was then told that I would be responsible for approximately 15 grand (It was around $14,800).... I have full dental coverage and even opted for a PPO, this dental office, Soft Touch Dental Care, is a participating PPO member and I was STILL being quoted this much. I looked through the itemized treatment plan with my insurance company... they indicated exactly which items are fraudulent. So I opt to just focus on TWO teeth. I was charged $3800 out of POCKET FOR JUST TWO TEETH. MY INSURANCE COMPANY, I SPOKE WITH THEM FOUR TIMES BY THE WAY, THEY TOLD ME THIS AMOUNT OUT OF POCKET FOR SOMEONE WITH MY PLAN IS UNHEARD OF. AND IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE THAN 200 OR 250 PER TOOTH. I was attempted to be charged for Zirconia, bridge removal.... LOL i dont have a bridge in my mouth. I was charged four hundred dollars OUT OF POCKET FOR IRRIGATION.... Gingival Irrigation. for a deep cleaning that was never completed. they said due to time constraints, "we cannot do a cleaning today so we will do that a different day." PLEASE NOTE I DID NOT GIVE CONSENT FOR ANY OF THIS. I DID NOT PROVIDE CONSENT FOR ZIRCONIA, I DID NOT PROVIDE CONSENT FOR A DEEP CLEANING. there was NO cleaning even performed during my visit, which was yesterday, 02/01/2023... and I was yet charged $400 DOLLARS FOR IRRIGATION services. none of which was completed and again, I did not give consent for this. I said "No, I dont want a deep cleaning." Please be warned that this is an unethical business. I have taken substantial action against them and will continue to do so. I have read the other reviews now.... unfortunately when i checked the reviews prior to calling them to schedule my initial appointment, I only saw the ones listed on top and I should have continued scrolling down. Please see other reviews where the concern of overcharging and fraudulent actions regarding their Billing Department has been mentioned. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. IT WILL BE A HASSLE. Second review on SOFT TOUCH DENTAL is as follows: Soft Touch Dental has stolen $99.18 from a DEBIT CARD without authorization. The original Debit Card that they have on file was canceled on April 20, 2023. Keep in mind that the original charge was to be $103.05. So, why was $99.18 stolen on 5/12/23? A new card was issued to me, by my bank, with a new number. Undisclosed to me, Soft Touch Dental used APPLE PAY to setup their fraudulent payments to pay a RECURRING DEBIT to my bank account. Once a RECURRING DEBIT is setup through APPLE PAY, the charge will be debited from the bank account, even on a replacement Debit Card. I had to get a NEW Debit Card and instructed my bank to remove Soft Touch Dental from RECURRING ACCOUNTS in my bank "wallet". Not only did Soft Touch Dental steal money from my account and on a replacement and different Debit Card number, they have stolen money in a different amount, most certainly, I did not authorize. There is no written documentation or verbal authorization to warrant a charge to my bank account in the amount of $99.18. I have filed claims with my bank, my insurance company, with their loan lender, Sunbit and with The Better Business Bureau. My next step is Small Claims Court. I am requesting that Soft Touch Dental return the $99.18 that they have stolen. Soft Touch Dental must follow dental insurance policies and process, charge patients the Copayment amount and not overcharge patients with their costs. Again, Soft Touch Dental did not file a PRE TREATMENT ESTIMATE form with Delta Dental Insurance Company, before starting dental services. Since the Pre Treatment Estimate form was not filed, a CLAIM was required and requested to be filed with Delta Dental Insurance Company. As of 5/19/23, Soft Touch Dental has failed to file a required and requested Claim Form with Delta Dental Insurance Company. Soft Touch Dental has put undue stress and anxiety into my life and it must stop. I want to rectify this issue and I want to pay for services performed by Dr. G, but I will not be overcharged and money will not be stolen from my bank account. Dr. G does great work and his office staff are professional and helpful. Beware of the "Office Manager", Elvira. She is very unprofessional and has created a horrible situation. All Elvira had to do was, follow insurance procedures, not create fraudulent loan amounts and not steal money, like a thief. read more

I would be very cautious, I got a estimate of $9500 dollars for 5 crowns, of which I did not need. I was offered to immediately run my care credit even though they were short handed the procedures were to start the same day after I had been there for hours. I have Delta Dental Medicare HMO plan each crown could cost at the most $396-$721.00. I wasn't offered the option to do any deep cleaning or clean my teeth as well prior, listen to me it was ALL About the money. I called Delta and a rep called them whilst I was on the phone. The rep said give me the codes in which the codes did not exist. Please please don't let anyone fool you especially if your a senior or not. It's all bout the UP-SELL and the blah blah blah talk which I recognized immediately. PLEASE BE AWARE, UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE This is the worse dentist in the Inland Empire. They have 2 locations, one in Corona and the other in the Moreno Valley. My wife went to extract her tooth. The Dentist whose name is Anand Galgali was the person who my wife initially consulted. This was back in January 2020. He majorly botched the extraction with pieces of the root still buried in the gum. I don't think this guy is very competent based on other reviews that I have read about him on both google and yelp. Most frustrating of all was the we were in the midst of changing dental insurance companies. This dentist and his assistant Elvira coerced my wife to pay out of pocket even before any procedure was done and charged our carecredit card for $3410.00. My wife had to go see another dentist to get the issue resolved. Long story short, since February we've been asking for a refund of our money and they said they can only refund $2400.00 and they were keeping more than a $1000.00 for an extraction. They've been giving my wife the run-around for this refund. So I got involved last week. I asked them for a check and they said they will have to retain $300.00 for administration fee and only return $2100.00, however they said they can credit the carecredit account for $2400.00. I went to the Corona location on August 5th, and met with Elvira, who blatantly lied to me that the money will be credited the following day. It is now 8/13/2020 and no money has been credited. When I called them at the Moreno Valley location around 10:05 I was pretty upset and guess what Elvira said, "are you having a good day" sarcastically. She then lied to me again saying that the money was credited to the care credit account and it was not. I have requested Ms. Elvira to send me a confirmation email on what she stated. She has promised me to send it to me by 2pm today (8/13/20). This is a very unethical business based on my experience and others. If I don't get my full refund by end of today I will be contacting the Dental Board of California. For those of you who need that contact information, here it is: 877-729-7789 and they can be reached via web at www.dbc.ca.gov. If I still don't get the money I plan on organizing a class action law suit against the dental establishment. I will update this thread. Please keep checking. read more
