Will is Awesome. took 10 minutes. Honest and cheap! Best smog we've ever done and we are a used car dealership so wow. dont miss out on this smog place read more

Good experience having SoCo smog check my Roadtrek. Made an appointment easily online. It was very nice being treated as a valued customer by Angie, the owner operator. SoCo has comfortable waiting room accommodations. I've used another smog place for many many years but unfortunately that location has not stayed current with the current regulations governing the California exception for the model year of my Roadtrek. That location delayed the test and just kept saying "drive until the ready monitor is cleared". Unfortunately after driving 500 miles and wasting all that gas my old smog place has lost me as a customer. But after doing my own research and verifying with BAR it motivated me to find SoCo smog and Angie. Angie knew right away that she could do the test and had no problem doing the smog test on the Roadtrek. Which passed with flying colors. Highly recommend SoCo smog. Thank you very much Angie. See you next time. read more

Will was awesome! I called around to get quotes at other places, but defaulted back to him because he was so kind, sweet and polite over the phone. He was very clear on the amount of time it would take and the documents that were going to be processed along with the smog check! I highly recommend him if you're looking to get a smog check. The place is a little hidden but totally worth taking the extra time to look for it. I will definitely be recommending friends and family. Thanks for the great customer service guys!! read more

I moved to SoCal from Minnesota and it's not a requirement to get an emissions test there so this was my first rodeo with that process. Soco made it so easy and affordable - I was able to make an appointment right away and was in and out within 20-30 minutes tops. Would highly recommend using them for all of your emission test needs!! read more

Best Star SMOG experience ever - young woman owned / operated with highest stars for professionalism, vehicle knowledge, and accommodation of a last minute phone call / walk-in ... the place is COVID safe, inviting and my 1999 Tacoma was in and out in less than 30 minutes. There is even a separate waiting area for kids with books and toys, super clean with homey decorative touches and a stocked beverage fridge. Although I did not have a coupon, a discount was offered. Supporting this business forevermore is a pleasure! read more

I am so glad I found this place. I was at Orange Coast College and this place was so convenient since it is like 5 minutes away. This is the first smog place that I have been that is so comfortable to wait in. The décor is nice and the lobby is neat and clean. You feel like you are relaxing at a friend's place. I also love that it is a Eco friendly business and women owned! Angie, the owner was so nice and professional. She offered me a drink and snacks while I waited. The service was so fast and she even drove my car in and out of the station so all I had to do was sign in, sit, and relax. I was in and out fast. I highly recommend. read more

This is one of the cleanest auto service locations I've ever been in. Angie was great. She checked me in, made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area, and completed the smog check quickly. She also encouraged me to show her the Yelp coupon on my phone when I arrived to help reduce the cost of the Smog Check. Easiest smog check I've ever gotten!! read more

Had a great experience here today. I found SOCO because the technician at the place I've gone before called out sick. I'm glad I found Angie's place. She was so so courteous and pleasant. I took my car today (Saturday at 2:30PM) and he promptly serviced the car and handed me my paperwork within minutes. What a great guy and personable business owner. Beyond the work I knew that I immediately liked him and appreciated how caring he is for not only the vehicle but extremely polite to the others (e.g. customers, business owners next to him). You'll find him right off the 55/Baker in Costa Mesa and maintains weekend hours for his customers. Awesome service and prices - it doesn't get better. read more
