Been a long time customer but reconsidering over the past few years. Received a random invoice from the President Eric for $30,000. Haven't had work done on our website in years. After numerous run around calls. He says he sent it to the wrong customer. Pretty big oops if you ask me. He also sounded. Spaced out if I had to put it into words. It was the middle of the working day. Not sure. Many employees there sound very much like him. I would be careful with your money around this company. I'm posting this anonymously because this company has a reputation of raising prices on difficult customers. Which is why my buddy who referred me pays much less than I do for hosting. Very shady business practices where prices change depending on who you are.

I can't say enough great things about Vision Friendly!…read more I went to them this past August with a bunch of ideas for my brand, and with absolutely no idea on how to execute them. When it comes to building websites I am completely lost. They assigned Megan Bily to create my site, and they couldn't have picked a better fit for the job. She is absolutely OUTSTANDING!! Megan finished up my website very quickly and it is beautiful. She is even helping me with custom business cards. I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Vision Friendly to everyone.

Ehren took in account of all the factors that were important to us. He started the process by creating a project management shared site that we could pull together all the data, images and directions. This management site gave a strong structure that we could collaborate with the team. Even though some of us were not as tech savvy as we would like to be, Ehren had the patience to listen, teach and achieve the results that we wanted. Fabulous website, with the emphasis on our key items with longevity in planning. Super satisfied . Above and Beyond our wishes!

We enjoyed the challenge of organizing such a huge event. That's why we loved hiring through Bar Keep Collective: they made it very very easy. Our heads were in a million places, but they had everything under control. They brought everything they needed, provided more than we expected, and sent us two charming, quick bartenders who took care of us through our entire 140-attendee event. They left the place perfectly clean. Our contact at BKC was incredibly responsive. If you've organized any large event before, you know how wonderful that trait is. Many of our vendors were tough to get on the phone and slow to return our calls / emails. Not so, Bar Keep Collective. They responded to our concerns as we had them, answering questions the same day they were asked. Love that. Considering how much we had going on to make our wedding a blast, it was a blessing to have our drinks situation completely handled for a great price. Highly recommend!!!
