Their staff doesn't need our condescending attitude". Notwithstanding Mr Levin's HR sensitivities, we simply asked for value-for-money. This is common in for-profit businesses. They are, however, masters at notifying the customer of how many hours of their time have been consumed. Sadly, they have yet to master delivering results/promises for the time consumed.
