If you book an appointment your business will go very efficiently and quickly! I walked into a hugh waiting room packed with people. I managed the check in quick very easily and took my number to sit down and wait for what I imagined would be a couple of hours. Within 2 minutes my number was called. I couldn't believe it! You still suck. I signed up for Humana and all they do is send me letters telling me something about not having eligible drug coverage before SSI. I don't take drugs, I'm healthy. I even called Humana and they have no record of these letters??? Whats with that? I also know that some are getting a 8% raise for 2025? Is that a "who you are " thing too? I have not seen any letter about it yet? We always get a letter in December if a raise is eminent? read more

I called 4 times Wednesday July 24th from 9:55 AM - 11:33 AM, held up to 1 hour and 15 minutes once and then I hung up. Mood music stopped at minute 13 and then the phone just kept ringing. The message says that hold times can be up to 20 minutes. The other 3 times I called, they hung up on me. In the past, I have called and waited up to 4 1/2 hours on 2 phones and they never answered. They have some good staff, but in general, they don't have enough staff working to provide consistent service. read more

They are slow to check the mail that is brought in and placed in the box next to the kiosh! They to often say they have not received something they requested. Also they need to hire more representatives. The wait times in this place. read more

Actually not that bad!! To start there is plenty of parking so you don't have to worry about that. AND unlike the local DMV they also have plenty of seating. Like a ton of seating. Picture a big room with just rows of chairs. You check-in on the computers to the front and right as you walk in. This makes things super easy. You get your letter/number combo and sit and wait. Be sure to pay attention because they announce what window you need to go to. My wait was about 40 minutes and I think it would have been much shorter if the ticket holder in front of me wasn't an entire family needing help. I wish I remembered the representative I spoke with because she was so friendly. Like I was shocked at how friendly she was. Once my number was called I was in and out of there in five minutes. Overall definetely not as painful as I was expecting and was helped with a smile. read more

This place is where you fix your issues with disability issues. Make sure you enter with a phone that's fully charged, muted, and another external charger just in case.......Patience is virtue! One more thing the chairs are uncomfortable! Bring cushioning if necessary! read more
