Depends which day you go, but service is usually fast from my experience. Check in ATM looking machine could be confusing to elderly.

Do I need an appointment to get verification code?

An appointment isn't required, but you should have a shorter wait if you have one. I went (without an appointment) for a verification code at 2pm one afternoon and was out by 4pm.

Public shaming has become extremely bad and a huge issue. No matter where you go, people will throw passive aggressive jabs even for asking a simple question that can in no common sense way be considered offensive. I've also endured a lot of racist and judgmental interactions by minorities, which I think is pretty hypocritical. It's like no one has any decency or a sense of civility anymore. Every time I go outside my house I am getting traumatized over and over again by reckless drivers, rude employees in stores and medical offices, and pretty much any interaction you can think of. I get laughed at by random strangers who literally don't know how to mind their own business. It feels like I'm getting mobbed.

We had a slideshow, requested his assistance and never returned with the wire for the slideshow to play on the projector. You shouldn't be working for a community center if you're not helpful to your community. Rude. Disgustingly distasteful with your communication. The space itself earned the two stars, that guy Matthew ruined my wedding prep. Super annoying. I wouldn't treat people that way.

What impressed me the most was the expression when he read the words I wrote on the canvas. ( The words described how I was inspired by the Santa Clara County Police Department, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Palo Alto and Mountain View and they are from my heart) I could tell when he was reading it, the impact on him was so in tone with mine. I knew from that moment on that I gave the gift to the RIGHT person whose heart is at the right place. In other words, he loves this country with passion just like me. Later on, by contacting his staff I sensed how much he is respected by his staff in the department too. In this turbulent time we are all facing in our society, we need people like him to help our country even though it is like salmon swimming upstream. I was inspired by him and I know from the bottom of my heart that he is the guiding light in Mountain View Police Department. With his leadership, our police department can head toward the right direction to protect us good citizens in spite of the difficult and challenging tasks the police department have on hand in general today. Therefore, I feel the obligation to let citizens know and hopefully all the good citizens in Santa Clara County will contribute, small and big alike, our effort and prayers to help them along the way.
