First thing is the kiosk that asks you a few questions about why you are visiting today, then gives you a printout with a number. There were two of us here to see someone for different reasons so two tickets. We were 9 numbers down and sat in comfortable chairs looking at a big screen that showed which numbers were being served. Each time a new number was up they announced it over the intercom and with the window you are to report to. In order to get to your interviewer you open a door and walk into a hallway and seek out your cubicle which has two chairs and a plexiglass divider between you and the staff person. I like this arrangement because you have total privacy from the room full of people waiting and some semi-privacy from the few people around you. I was called approximately :15 minutes after getting my number and my wife was only a couple minutes after that. We both were getting replacement social security cards plus I had a short interview to do for my son. We both were completed in under :10 minutes after interviewing with very professional and cordial people. Overall I was very happy with.the whole experience from beginning to end. This is absolutely my choice for a social security office even though they try to get me to go way downtown Memphis, nope I am going across state lines to a closer, less crowded and more pleasant outpost. Olive Branch and their crew have it together.

Customer service is slow, unhelpful, and often just repeats the same scripted responses instead of actually addressing the issue. It feels like customers are just expected to accept whatever number shows up on the bill, no questions asked. For a service that people literally cannot live without, the lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. If I could give a zero I would.

I believe upon and entering tickets we're given out prior to the line up so basically I guess that means that my ticket number represents the place in as it is understood to be. I heard a customer yell out about his disliking for the wait. Others nodding their heads in agreement 2 visit 11-3-2022 Ticket 88 I arrived at opening the call number that heard after receiving the ticket was number 66 so again hopefully this paints a picture of the wait time frame. All I can say is as for waiting this not conducive if you have littles to wait especially if it goes on after the first to the second hour. I can say that the staff behind the glass did say good morning when I got my ticket-- oh by the way seating is very limited especially if there's already a line formed so keep that in mind.
