I called and was on hold for 45 mins. The phone finally rang and kept ringing for 20 mins. A lady answered the phone then hung up. SMH

I called this location every day for an available appointment as unfortunately their website does not offer online appointments and that's the only way or going to the courthouse in person. Not everyone sadly is very nice on the phone as well so that can add to the stress. Fortunately someone named Lin was able to put me on schedule due to a recent cancellation. The judge who married us was so kind and gave us such great marriage advices. Overall I am happy that I chose this court house despite its challenges as not only it's truly beautiful inside and outside their judge truly makes your day special with their kind words.

The landscaping is well taken care of but inside does not smell so fresh. The steps are steep and intimidating. I don't like heights. The Security Officers were very nice and helpful. The Gentleman explained to be where I needed to go. He was also friendly when I asked him questions. There's a small Museum to the left. It was pretty busy. I saw a kid doing a book report for class, along with a few other visitors. I ran into a Police Officer and he told me where to go too. The ladies in the office went the extra mile to help. Parking was near by. You just scan and pay. I saw two Brides getting their Bridal Portraits. It was such a nice moment. The fourth floor has a colorful Rotunda that many people enjoy seeing. This is definitely a unique Courthouse with lots of pictures inside. I would definitely recommend this courthouse.

It makes complete sense, because they have Woodway Elementary right down the street. The Parking Lot has been redone but, not expanded. I walked in and just about every seat was taken! There are signs explaining to check in at the Kiosk, take your number then fill out an application to replace your Driver's License. The Front Desk attendant was busy with a line of people. Later on another woman explained to us that the numbers are not called in order so, pay attention. She also, mentioned to make sure your forms are filled out correctly. She gave examples of some questions that are usually forgotten. That was very helpful! The Restrooms are sort of clean. There was some tissue paper on the floor though. They would not accept just a Social Security Card because, I do not have a Birth Certificate on file. So, I had to go get my Passport. Smh. I was able to get my spot back in line. Yes! Thank you, Jesus! She said, She does not look at the date the passport was issued but the expiration date. In case your wondering. It took like an hour and forty minutes for me to get my replacement. It was 10.00 plus a 1.00 processing fee. Also, the girl at the counter called for the next next number while she was still helping me. It made it awkward because, someone was anxiously waiting behind me. When their number was called they wanted help right away but, couldn't be helped right away because, I was there. Alright, that's enough info. I guess, that's what's expected at the DMV.

Given the current cuts DOGE went about with a chainsaw, one would expect the SSA to be off pace a great deal. Well you'd be wrong. My experience has been exemplary. They seem to have really stepped up their efforts to still provide the best service. I expected this to take time given the numbers of physicians I see, specialty care, records from more than 6 different offices or agencies trying to be precise with details. I was under no illusion this would be a fast process. I wouldn't want it to be. Decision of this magnitude deserve time so they can be thorough. Given all that, and the people there having to go in to work under pressure of threats to their very careers and livelihoods? That alone would crush the spirits of even the toughest worker, so I fully understand they are fighting a battle now, yet they dig in. I feel for every worker out here in this new environment of fire first, ask questions later. I for one could be more proud of the job they do. We're all going through a struggle, some of us more than others. It's good to have an agency within our government that is here to help make that struggle more bearable, less alone. 5 stars isn't nearly enough these days. IMHO, they are truly doing a bang up job no matter the personal outcomes. Peace folks.

Fort Worth has a really pretty downtown, and the color scheme seems to resemble yellow Christmas lights. I really liked it a lot. It's one of the prettiest downtowns I've seen. There is an excellent bubble tea shop here named Fruitealicious (other locations in Carrollton and North burbs of Dallas), and some other great food spots worth hitting around the area, although the suburbs north of Dallas are definitely the best destination in the DFW area for food. The best food and drinks: In DFW get Meerut Kebab - the best Chicken Boti and Karahi you'll ever have. That's the top 5 in Houston place, btw. Amazing service too. https://www.yelp.com/biz/meerut-kabob-house-dallas Burger Xtreme is good, too - a very good burger indeed. Dumplings from "Dumpling" inside H-Mart in Carrollton is excellent. And Quoc Bao's Shredded Pork Banh Mi might be the best of its kind in the whole country. The other locations are in OKC. https://www.yelp.com/biz/burger-extreme-arlington-2 https://www.yelp.com/biz/quoc-bao-bakery-garland For drinks, try Bobaddiction (the waffle and the berry teas), and try Okinawa Milk tea from Sharetea, and Brown Sugar Milk Tea from Fruitealicious. Fort Worth is friendlier than Dallas, and I actually had my second best concert of all time here which was at the Montgomery Plaza - a ritzy fancy overpriced shopping mall in a reclaimed industrial area. I sold over 50 CDs for only the second time. It's by far the biggest and best concert I've ever played in a large metropolitan area. Thank you For (what it's) Worth, Fort Worth.
