Rich, I felt was thorough in going over every section of the booklet and explaining everything to guide you so you can pass the test at the end. He would also continually ask if anyone had any questions. The videos along with his technique in instructing is worth every penny for the course. If you follow his instructions,and are attentive. Reading the book and doing the sample test at the end of each section there is no reason not to pass.
