I wanted to thank the Law Offices of Neil Crane for all the work they did to fix my past…read more difficulties, save my business and give me a bright financial future, and let everybody know that if you are drowning in debt, this is the one place you should call. I am a small business owner who was struggling to stay alive and grow my business in Connecticut. My business was under-capitalized and my bills became overwhelming. There were many days and sleepless nights where I thought there was absolutely no hope for my future. I was worried about my family and my ability to provide for them. After a lot of hard work done by Neil Crane and his remarkable staff, we were able to get rid of all of my debt and completely save my business. I am so thankful that I met this office who was relentless in their efforts and the unlimited time that it took to solve my difficult case. Therefore, I am so lucky to had them. Honesty, they saved my life and my family's future. I just wanted share my experience and if you ever having financial difficulties, do not hesitate to contact to Neil Crane law office.

Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disheartening and disappointing. Instead of offering understanding, he was very cold. he told me, "Don't come in here with the tears," and "I don't think I can help you." He also mentioned his own family problems during the consultation and said the case could cost thousands of dollars without giving me a clear answer. When I asked for clarification, he cut me off with "Stop it." I left the office feeling hurt, confused, and unsupported. I understand that lawyers are busy and may face their own challenges, but clients deserve respect, empathy, and clear communication, especially when they are going through a stressful legal matter. It was one of the most discouraging and cold experiences I've had while seeking legal help. Needless to say he told me he'd get back to me and I haven't heard anything from him yet!

I would strongly advise against working with Lou Crisci. After my mother passed away, I hired Lou…read moreto handle the estate. Communication was consistently poor. He was slow to respond, rarely kept me informed about the status of the process, and was often rude, dismissive, and condescending when he did respond. When I followed up about the status of the estate, he responded, "The more I have to respond to you, the more time it takes from getting the work done." On another occasion, he told me, "I wish you would let me do my job." I understand that attorneys are busy and that estate administration takes time. But when you work with families navigating the loss of a loved one, there should be a basic level of professionalism, compassion, and respect. Instead, I was made to feel like a burden for asking reasonable questions about a process I was paying him to handle. Losing my mother was already an incredibly painful experience. His lack of professionalism and compassion added unnecessary stress and hurt during an already difficult time. I expected an estate attorney to make an already difficult process easier - not to make it harder.

We have worked with both Atty Sgrignari and Atty Crisci at GPSP for over 20 years. From our…read morebusinesses and contracts to wills/estate planning and home closings, this is where to go not just for their experience, but their organization and accessibility. Their legal secretaries, paralegals and administrative staff are cohesive, detail-oriented and easy to work with and they help guide you through every step answering any questions. We had several choices when it was time for new legal representation. GPSP wasn't the 'cheapest' nor the most expensive firms we met with but after our meeting, they were the most comfortable firm we had interviewed where their experience and confidence was evident. Looking back, I can say the value they have collectively provided us over the years has far exceeded any retainer or invoice we have ever paid. Didn't really think of this until now, but to keep a client serviced and protected for over 20 years really says something about the caliber of GPSP's firm. Thanks.
