I guess that's the beauty of being OTL and having so much land to develop. It is very clean and family friendly. Lots of parking space and the lots are very well lit for even evening usage. The 8+ baseball fields were very well maintained and have their own lighting. Grass manages to stay green even in this Houston heat.

Instead, we arrived to a filthy, unprepared, and completely unacceptable environment. This place is a health hazard and should not be hosting children's events! The Shocking Issues We Faced: Trash Everywhere - Full garbage bags piled in the hall, empty pizza boxes with old food under the tables, and leftover plates and food scraps covering the party area. The place had not been cleaned at all before our event. Disgusting Restrooms - The men's restroom was completely clogged and unusable, and the women's restroom was filthy. No cleaning supplies were available, and the stench was unbearable. Inadequate Seating - Despite booking for 20 children, only two benches were provided--clearly not enough for a kids' party. Infested With Moths - and Soon, Cockroaches! - The space was filled with moths, flying around due to old food and trash left behind. If it's this bad now, imagine what it will be like in summer--completely infested with cockroaches, fleas, or even rats! I Had to Clean Myself! - I personally filled four large trash bags, swept the floors, and even had to request a trash can because none were provided. Instead of celebrating my child's birthday, I was left doing the staff's job for them. Unhealthy Air & Poor Ventilation - The air was stale and heavy, making it difficult to breathe. One of our young guests has asthma and struggled to breathe because of how stuffy and unclean the space was. The only saving grace was Victoria, the on-site staff member, who did what she could to help. But one person cannot clean an entire venue alone--management clearly does not care about cleanliness or their customers. A HEALTH HAZARD, NOT A PARTY VENUE! This place is an absolute disaster. By summer, it will be overrun with cockroaches, rodents, and filth if they don't make serious changes. DO NOT book your event here unless you want to clean up trash and deal with bugs! Despite multiple emails and messages, management has ignored me and refuses to take responsibility. This venue should NOT be hosting children's events until they fix their sanitation issues!

This review won't even include the horrible supervising that happens during the games. Soccer coaches were engaging with the kids, ages 2-14. One of the older kids said he was too old for, but eventually joined in and had a great time. This allowed all the adults to mingle and relax a bit. Moonwalk was castle with slide, and was in great condition. Adults joined in on bounce time when the kids were engaged in soccer activities. Overall, it was a great experience and I'd recommend this place for any event you have in mind.
