If I could give zero stars I would. There is no customer service and they do not live up to their warranty. I have a 1500 sqft home that needed to be painted including the garage. Their workmanship is subpar. They didn't finish the doors, paint was bubbling and peeling next day, broke multiple plants around the house and the number to my home address. They provided no discount, and still bubbling and peeling paint. Very disappointed. Update: their warranty is for one year. It has only been less than 6 months since service and nothing has been done to resolve these issues. I've called multiple times and no answer, no call back. Update March 20, still no resolution. Had an attorney contact them which did not solve anything except them offering to waive what I owe ($1750) plus send $100 and a requirement for me to remove this review. In February I sent a letter trying to negotiate a settlement but received a response that they are no longer allowed to speak with me so I must wait for their legal dept to respond but due to a lack of SLA there is no time frame for their response which just shows me that they still do not consider this a priority and are stalling to get this to the 1 year mark when I will no longer have legal options. I thought I did my homework with this company but still getting screwed and still have damaged carpet. I would give 0 stars if possible. read more

The guys did an excellent job prepping which included scraping the eaves/fascia and blasting the old chipped paint from my garage doors. They even replaced my rotten door frame! We had a friendly employee come out October 6th and give us a quote for painting our 1600 sq ft homes ceilings(minus two of the bedrooms) and baseboards. We told him we were getting another quote before making the decision and still had to install baseboards in some spots. Now a month later I reached out to book the work & just received an email stating the work will cost $1000 more! So unethical. Quick response, completed the job very timely, painters were professional. My review is 4 stars as I was charged extra for wall prep as my home was an older home from the 1960s. I felt it was a reasonable request but after walking the job when finished many areas were not even touched and some areas were not even finished in the prepping and just painted over. So if you want a quick response and a decent job you won't be disappointed. I wouldn't recommend paying extra for any wall prep it's not worth it. read more

I just want to say these guys are awesome!!! I have a 3200 square foot home I wanted the whole exterior painted. I called several companies out and So Cal Paints price was better than everyone. I was a little worried at first because I was thinking you get what you pay for. Not in this case. I got way more than what I paid for. They touched up the cracks in the wood as well as the ones in the stucco before painting. They also painted my iron gate as a part of the job. They told me it would take three days to finish. These guys were here on a Thursday at 7:30 am they power washed the house and started prepping the house. Friday morning they came back with a few extra guys and they had my house done by the end of the day. The work was professional, the guys were polite and everything was cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend SoCal Paints if you are in need of a painter. Before they left my house on Friday I believe they gave three estimates to my neighbors. They saw the great work as well.
