The ladies restroom was clogged and had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the overall experience. The handicapped restroom, however, was much cleaner. (I took a star away for this reason only) After reading mixed reviews beforehand, I wasn't sure what to expect, but we were treated very well. The staff struck a great balance, attentive without being intrusive and were very accommodating throughout the evening. The bill was also clearly itemized and easy to understand, which is always appreciated for a large group. This is like a stew; fish simmered with tomatoes, onion and garlic. Served with white rice and toasted cassava flour. We also ordered bread since it is not complimentary. Well worth the wait, though on the pricier side of restaurants. Great, great service and language wasn't much of a barrier. We ended up ordering more than we had planned because the food was tasty! Definitely try the fried cod balls, baked cod, house style sea bass, and of course the egg tarts!!
