The hygienist was a sweetheart but she decided to drill noticeably large straight line down my bottom front teeth. On top of that, the dentist did not introduce herself nor did she say a word to me personally. After looking at my scans she tells the lady next to her that I have cavities and proceeds to leave the office. I was told I had 6 cavities and I looked at the scans and immediately knew something was wrong because each cavity was parallel from each other. I went to another dentist and sent them the X-rays that Smith Dental had taken. After the new dentist looked at my teeth I was told I had no cavities, but only 2 cracked teeth. Smith dental consistently messages me after I told them I no longer want services from them and today I had gotten an invoice for money I "owe", but I paid in the full the day of my appointment. When I called about the invoice the lady told me to call back in the morning because nothing was attached to my account and the people who send the invoices only work in the morning. This office is disgusting and sleazy.
