Sadly this was higher priced than all of the others we have traveled to. $6.00 per washer (we did use the larger washer, hot water, and heavy wash) was just not expected. Dryers (large) gave 3 minutes per $0.25 and they definitely worked flawlessly getting our stuff dry. Would I go here again if we were in the area? ABSOLUTELY! So don't take this review as a negative, just a travelers opinion.

She then said she did not like "my attitude" and threw down her pen and walked out. I said "I guess you don't want my business and she replied "Not Yours!" In the 20 years I have lived in Chehalis I have NEVER had anyone talk to me in this way. I was quite shocked. The woman clearly should not be working with the public! I will never go there again. I have tolerated her wide mood swings over all this time but this week was the last straw. I had a dryer malfunction with 21 minutes left. I advised her of the problem but got no response. I moved my load to another dryer and, a short time later, went to check if my 21 minutes was going to be refunded. She told me that she had told me previously not to open a working dryer so she was not going to refund my minutes. She said she had confirmed this decision with the owner. I know she interacts with a lot of people each day but she has NEVER told me anything about not opening a working dryer! The day she described, she had gotten a washer coin receiver unjammed for me, not anything with a dryer. So, I will be taking my $40+ per trip elsewhere.

A fair price to be able to drop off my clothes and pick they up after work the next day wash dried and folded. Lots of tables for folding and space so that you're not bumping into others. There's an attendant with a snack bar so you can have a treat while you wait. I only saw four 8-load machines for $12, so you might have to wait if you have something large to wash. The machines take credit cards so no worries if you don't have quarters but they also still have a change machine if you need it. They also have a restroom, so ask the attendant for the door code. Lots of salon, Asian grocery, restaurant businesses here so you'll have something to do if you don't want to sit around and wait for your load to process. I went to the Korean bbq place next door, then put those clothes in the laundry to get the Smokey smell off too, so the convenience is awesome.

When I reminded him that the posted sign on the door also states the last load is at 7:30 PM, he threatened to make me leave. I also observed him treating two other women the same way before the 7:30 PM last-load cutoff. When I told him I would be contacting the owner regarding his behavior, he responded that he didn't care and told me I could leave. His behavior was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when they are arriving before the posted last-load time.
