Alicia came alone and got right to work, from my 3rd floor down to my 1st. She moved quickly but was relatively thorough as she cleaned her way through the 2005 sq feet. I opted to stay home for the cleaning, as the weather was just plain bad, and I had some paperwork to struggle through. I generally stayed out of Alicia's way during the cleaning to give her space, but whenever we did interact, she was really pleasant. I love having the house this clean. It's just a better feeling or around I'll surely be heading her back in the future, and I recommend you as well. She up-charged me from the original quote citing that she needed to remove trash that was explicitly explained to her to disregard and did not complete the cleaning service at all. She mopped the floor of one room and then removed all of the blinds in the home and stored them in the tubs. She did not communicate when she "finished" with the appointment, nor did she follow up. I tried contacting her several times using text messages, phone calls, and facebook messages and she has avoided speaking to me at all. The fact that she is avoiding me is a red flag on her professional practices. Absolutely do not recommend.

They were able to meet my schedule, arrived promptly on time, and worked tirelessly following a 3-week repair project due to a water leak that cracked ceiling due to heaviness of insulation. Having had to go through the 3-week project which left dust and small flecks of fiberglass insulation, it was a pleasure to have everything cleaner than before.
