No matter what their excuse (no room, crowded). They will steal your luggage and tell you look in the lost and found. And if you insist on staying on the bus until help or your luggage is brought to you, the driver will grab you by arm screaming ciao at you, using intimidation. By the time you can find someone (days later) who speaks Italian to help you, they just may have found possibly one of your pieces of luggage. Watch your back with them!

Un pessimo pranzo di Natale... Antipasti assolutamente non fantasiosi, primo di pasta coi gamberi…read morescotto e con crostacei non freschi. Primo di riso decente. Piatto di pesce da dimenticare (un involtino di baccalà e ricciola in lattuga che non avrebbe sfigurato in un AYCE cinese). "Sorbetto" di mela probabilmente proveniente dal flacone del detersivo. Arrosto all'arancia e caffè (prego?!) troppo salato ma anche decente. Poco di tutto. Unica cosa davvero buona il (microscopico) semifreddo. Da dimenticare!
